Gifted my wife an Indian lehenga on our 25th anniversary. She loves Indian outfits but does not find many places to shop from. Glad I could show her this site. I was worried because the delivery got postponed but happy that it came before her big day. The best thing I loved was she could wear it on our anniversary without any altering issues and all.
I wish I had not asked for my sari to be sewn with petticoat. What i received was entirely too short and now cannot be worn. I essentially have a well fitting and beautiful blouse but no sari to go with it because it was sewn too short, even after giving proper measurements. I would have had better luck if had just braved draping it myself. So disappointing because it's a beautiful sari.
Shipment arrived on time. Product is of OK quality, some dirt on the hem, seams are not matched up with pattern, seams are also not straight/fabric is puckered. I ordered custom sizing & it is still appx 2inches too large in the chest, so some adjustments will still have to be made. Pattern matches photos & is cute!. Also was charged significant customs fees (over 40% of the purchase price) by FedEx which seems steep, so something to calculate into your decision to purchase.

I have purchased two outfits, the first was ready made and I had to have it adjusted as I wasn't sure of their sizing guide, I choose my uk size but it turned out bigger. However design and product just as shown in picture, very nice fabric and embroidery good quality. Second outfit I bought is amazing, I love it and received lots of compliments and still stitching was perfect.

I purchased a suit for a wedding. The quality of suit was different from what was displayed in the picture. The embroidery looked like 20 years old. I purchased it paid for customs and then when I told them I don't like it they said that I have to ship it back at my own cost. I couldn't do it because if I return the item I would be losing the entire money I spent on suit. In short the customs+shipping cost= cost of the suit. I'll never shop from this website again.

I didn't realize the estimated shipping time was different than the estimated delivery time. The team coordinated with my need so well, shipped my customized order in less than 2 weeks! Days before estimate shipping time. The quality of clothing was amazing! Definitely gained a frequent customer!

So... I was the one to write a badass review on Panash India.com regarding their trustworthiness and they being entirely fraud and scam. But! Just received my shipment today and I'm satisfied with the product here. It just got delivered five days late and not on- time as the estimated delivery date was predicted to be on 15th of October, 2021.
Anyways, I will say that their customer service and shipping service is not really that up to the mark. So, I will think twice- thrice now before making any purchase with them, but they can somehow be trusted, they are not fraud based on my experience.
So you can go ahead with them, folks!

These are bloody scammers. They took my money and did not deliver my package and some automated replying agent named Rahul showed up to a couple emails until now, but not anymore since I asked them for refund. This company should be filed a complaint as it goes against the Indian Laws and Consumer Act. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED OTHERWISE THE ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM. I'm NOT going to let the fraud happen with me and anyone.
BE AWARE GUYS! They maintain a site which looks legitimate as hell, but in reality is just as fake as it could get!

I purchased several items from Pashindia web site. Many are beautiful. However a few are of poor quality for price. One is unwearable as it is twisted at the bottom. I sent pictures and a complaint to the management, needless to say no respond as yet. Makes me rethink doing business with this Company with so many are available online. Sorry. Panash shipped my 4 products either ahead of time or on time, to which I was incredibly pleased! Best of all, there were no surprises as the products looked like exactly like the pictures.
My only gripe is that they charge shipping per product and not overall order, but is slightly misleading in their advertising. However, since I received everything on time, I wasn't too upset.

The back of the outfit was not as I expected. The pictures they posted of the outfit did not show that the back is plain. They didn't do such a good job of custom stitching. They only took bust size and height. If we are paying $18 extra for it then they should take more measurements.
