I feel that Panash truly cares about the customer experience. I could not have been happier when I received the finished product. It is beautiful, comfortable, elegant and fits well. That's exactly what I wanted.
I have ordered one saree through online and paid the full amount. After 15 days they said that they will not be able to deliver tge product and still after 1 month is over i am waiting for my money to be refunded.

The delivery of the other two was fairly smooth. However, the third one was to be dispatched on 10 days from my date of purchase, and after 23 days of ordering, I haven't even received an update for it being dispatched.

Panash has been a good find, I have ordered multiple times with them and the quality has always been reliable. What I like:
1.No Duplicate or Replica products like some of the other sites
2. Prices are cheaper
3. Good support over email and chat.
What I don't like:
1. No Jewelry available on site.
Ordered few outfits from Panash for a friend's wedding. Everyone asked where did I shop from. All my outfits turned out to be perfectly fitting. I'd asked customer service to rush my order and they helped a lot in getting my outfits timely. Thank you team, I've recommended you guys to soo many ppl already!

After having multiple people dissuade me from online shopping for lehengas (their arguments: always too small, never good quality, shipping issues), I crossed my fingers and ordered three for upcoming events anyway. They arrived from India to the US faster than I expected, I received emails when they were ready to ship so I could track them, the quality was excellent, the tailoring was well done, and all my friends were stunned that I got 3 such well-made lehengas online without ever getting an in-person fitting. Definitely take your measurements carefully and accurately though. I am a size 14-16 so I was worried but they fit so well (again measure yourself carefully), I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is a fake site. I believe all the good reviews are fake. I ordered a suit with the stitching. They did not stitch it the way I told them. Moreover the colour was totally different than what they displayed. I was still okay with the color but the stitching was completely of no use. I wrote to them hundreds of time to help me but they their customer service is so terrible. They somehow finally responded after 5 weeks. Then they agreed to refund the amount once I return them the product. I quickly returned them the product which they confirmed that they have received. It has been 2 months now but I still haven't received my refund back. No body is responding to my emails. I have messaged them on Instagram which they are reading but still not responding. So long story short, they took my money and my clothes and cheated me. Please dont order from this site. They are fake. It's really really pathetic what they did.

My last order was supposed to ship in 15 days and take 3 or 4 days to deliver. And I left a note stating that I need the order by certain date. I think it took about 7 days or so, wit arrived well before I needed it! It was a very quick turn around!
I ordered kurta 1 month ago for the event. I started contacting them after 2 weeks since no update on the order. They kept saying we will be delivering and you will definitely receive your order. Here 4 days before the event I received email saying your order will be cancelled due to order did not pass stringent quality check. I don't recommend this people who doesn't care about customers and their plans. After 1 month they cancelled the order. Day before the event I am trying to figure out where do I get the kurta from. Very bad service. I would not recommend this place even if they offer Free.
It was the first time I wore a lehenga at cousin's wedding and it fitted me perfectly. Their customized size really helped me flaunt myself very well. That was indeed a joyous day as I received many compliments for a new look.

My bridal lengha from Panash was so beautiful! Very unique and exquisitely made. Everyone was amazed at how gorgeous it looked. I did a custom fitting order. The blouse didn't fit exactly and we did have to alter it some once it arrived. They don't include cup size in the measurements, which I think they should to get a better fit. But all in all it was definitely worth the price! I will definitely order from Panash again

Bought a lengha and some jewelry for a wedding. The shopping & ordering process were easy. However, the measuring was a little challenge and the top came to me too large and the armholes barely fit my arms. I'll have to have it altered before wearing it. The jewelry was ok - one item doesn't hang well and looks awkward because of it. Don't think I can wear it. The others are ok.
