All was easy to navigate. I live the compression socks. I would need longer tops.

Package arrived ripped and chewed up with the wrong items inside. My first and also last time ordering from Pacas. It was impossible to reach customer service!

Purchased as gifts, but I'm sure they'll be appreciated.

Very slow receiving first time discount email. I'm disappointed in range of men's color/styles, which are even more limited with X-Large socks. I ordered a 6-pack of men's XL socks and, for a full week, received notices that they were getting ready to be shipped. Then I received notice they were out of stock. In fact, ALL men's XL socks were out of stock, so I asked for a refund, which has yet to be acknowledged or received. Instead, I receive a mixture of notices that either ask me for a review of the products I "received" (none), or notices about their delivery, which has yet to occur.

I will never do business with Pacas. I highly recommend no one else does, either.

It was quick and easy to order. Website easy to navigate. Everything shipped timely and arrived quicker than expected.

I got to check out without a clear sense of how to take advantage of the discount offered. I put in info for 30% discount. Where is the discount? When I discovered the code and entered it into the final calculation, I didn't receive the discount. I wrote to Pacas explaining the situation and got an instant reply, which clarified the process and gave me the discount. Very impressive.
