Easy to navigate website. I made an error with the shipping address and it was immediately corrected and i received my products with no problem whatsoever! I wore a pair yesterday and as a caregiver, i'm on my feet all day. They were comfortable, cushiony and i love them!
I expected to be buying compression socks. I expected them to be very soft. They are neither.
Thank you, I LOVE YOUR SOCKS, but this time the first time I wore them they kept falling down/off inside my tennis shoes. I hope when I wash them they might shrink just a bit.

Socks are great, but packaging disappointing. I ordered 3 x 6 pairs and they were all jumbled together in one bag, some of the cardboard wrappers were broken and I only got 17 pairs of socks. Tried to get hold of customer support, with no success.
I've been looking at the Christmas crew socks for weeks I hope they're as good as everyone says they are!

Easy ordering and 30% coupon helped! My first time ordering and just received my socks yesterday. Wearing them for the first time today. They are truly soft and comfy but I would not call them true compression socks, at least not the prescription kind that are difficult to get on. I cannot speak to their ability to reduce blood clots.
I was charged tax and there is no tax in Pennsylvania for clothing, shoes, etc.

Was never notified of shipment. Ordered 12/10 with several emails requesting status. Not getting satisfactory response cancelled order 12/22.
This company says it's products are softer than wool and I found that to be true. I am very pleased with their products. I ordered socks and scarves and will order more in the future. Every order came within the timeframe of 7-10 days. My orders took about 8 days from date of order to get to me. I was skeptical about ordering from this company at first, but I'm not any more.
