These were a gift and Wow I was shocked when I took these off. They left huge dents in my legs. And my calves /ankles are on the smaller side. It literally was two days before I was back to normal.

Ordered socks ($71 worth) on Feb. 9, shipped Feb. 14, and then…nothing. Emailed, no response other than auto generated form letter. Chatted online twice with customer service reps, and was assured that although my order was "lost" a replacement order would be shipped within 48 hours and I would receive a confirmation email…nothing. There's no phone number, no response to multiple emails, and now the chat option on the website has mysteriously disappeared. I want my money back but at this point not sure how to go about getting it back. I never spend that much money on socks but wanted to try them. My bad. Maybe those socks will show up in the future when I least expect it.
Purchased in Jan 2022 after seeing an ad on IG. Three days later received email stating my order would ship within 24 hours with tracking number. When order did not arrive over a week later and tracking never updated, attempted to contact customer support many MANY times through email, Facebook, Instagram and phone without response. Found LOTS of other customers in the same situation but negative comments are periodically deleted from the company's social media pages and their website only features positive reviews. Took over a month to get a response and then my "lost" order showed up. Socks are ok. Soft but lots of pilling after just a few wears. Also, as another review on here states, they are only 42% alpaca, despite ads stating 100% and customer service stating 50%. Disappointing experience and would not recommend.
After receiving 3 pairs for Christmas I decided to order more as they were soothing and extremely comfortable. That order went in Jan 13, and, after 4 weeks, I contacted them via their FB page using messenger. They eventually responded via emails, stating that records show that they were picked up by the carrier but then apparently lost. So, a replacement order was made with a promise of shipping that day. 2 weeks late still no delivery. I contacted them again and they once again responded via email, stating they were looking into it. Now, 5 days later, still no communication. I will now be posting on their FB page with my complaints until they either ship me my order or give me a refund.
Do not order from this company. Missing items from my order. No way to get a hold of someone other than email. Have done that 3 times with no response. Should have looked at reviews from other sites rather than their own. My fault!
I have "contacted (if you call strictly email) " Pacas many many times regarding only receiving half my order. I ordered two (2) three (3) packs of me 's low cut socks for over 60.00. After about 2 months, I finally received 3 pairs, half the order. I have consistantly emailed them and sent them info on the site under "contact", to now avail. So my last letter let them know that I am turning them in to the fraud unit of our government. ReportFraud.ftc.gov
The product they offer is great, which is the only reason I ordered from them again. Their customer service is horrible. Never able to contact them. They don't give a phone number, just email that they never reply to. My most recent order I never got a confirmation email so I have no way to track the status of my order that I placed 2 weeks ago but they charged my credit card right away! Ive sent 2 emails so far with no response other than an automated reply saying they will look at it. I won't order from them again unless something changes drastically
Gave Pacas a try and ordered some socks for Christmas on 12/6. They did not arrive until 12/28. No response from customer service for the two emails I sent. Very vague shipping emails throughout the process. Will go back to Bombas (much better customer service and great socks).
I placed an order23 days ago and I haven't received a tracking number or any confirmation of shipment. I've contacted them twice but they have not replied.
I ordered product from this company on the 20th and pd for 2nd day shipping. As of the 23rd they still have not shipped out the product and according to UPS they just made a label... And don't try to call customer service because they do not have a phone number listed.
I would leave a 0 rating if I could. Funny how every review on their website is 5 stars, but look elsewhere and you'll see a lot of unhappy customers for good reason. Ordered 11/30/21. Shipped on 12/09/21 after I emailed and complained, which they never answered. 10 days later, still never received, sent another email, no response. They did finally get here on day 20, and I was not impressed. You can buy much nicer socks elsewhere without the hassle. I will never buy from Pacas again. Customer service does not exist.
Ordered 12/9/21 large quantity for holiday exchange and gifts over a week before I needed. Paid extra for 2 day expedited shipping, still not here! Be very wary of actually receiving your orders. No communication, no email, not even a tracking number yet! Still hasn't left the warehouse! I have no idea if they are worth the cost but next time I will stick with cashmere from a reputable company!
Very disappointed in this company. Eager to take your order then nothing. Lousy customer service, actually no customer service. Counting on this order for a Christmas present for a grandchild so very sad now scrambling to find another gift. Can't say enough bad things about this company.
I ordered for the first time from this company.The day I ordered they where running a special that if you spent over $200 you would receive a free scarf. I have sent five e mails to this company without one response because I did not receive the free items they had promised.The only way to contact them is by e mail there is no phone number to call. Well I will never shop this company again. To bad to because they lost a $400 order I gave to another company.So buyer beware of PACAS
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
