I really love the Pacas sock and have been telling friends and family all about them.

I was never able to use my discount code. I needed to exchange them and that would have been fine, however I needed to go from women's to a men's size and that requires starting the process all over again, not an exchange. I sent them back and tried another brand. I was looking forward to wearing them. I guess not. Wasn't worth the effort.

Web site is easy to use. Nice color selection. We got them for our kids and they loved them, so I decided to get some. They are very comfortable.

I received my first 2 pairs of ladies crew socks (regular weight) and I absolutely love them. They keep my feet warm and dry. I don't slip on solid surface flooring. Order came in a reasonable time frame and I am purchasing 3 more pairs, purple this time.

Edited to add: I ordered the purple pacas on an early Monday morning before getting my day started, hours later a significantly better promotion offer was made. I reached out to Customer Service and requested the better promotion. I was told they will not do that.

Didn't leave me with the soft warm fuzzies... so if you order, wait till they offer 30% off and then don't pay attention to further promotions.

Nice and easy. This was the only place I found where I could purchase COLORFUL Pacas socks. Everyone else had pretty standard Black White and Gray. The colors are really vibrant and the sock is super soft. I don't seem to sweat much in them but that's a bit more difficult to tell since I am in a walking shoe. Thanks for making my purchase easy and for shipping pretty fast...

Love the socks hate to customer service. I like the socks so much I ordered the blanket and they sent me the wrong one. I've emailed them 10 times now at least and there is no phone number they never get back to me. I'd like to be a great customer to them and sing their praises because the socks are good but what good does the blanket do me if it's the wrong thing and I have no faith in them at all anymore.
