I bought 12 pair of no show socks which I love but 6 pr do not have the rubber piece on the heel so they slide down in your shoe. I emailed customer support a week ago and have heard nothing so then I contacted them a second time and no response.
The shopping experience is great, I just hope my entire order arrives at the same time... unlike last time! Update: it all arrived and I am thrilled!
Do not believe this company! They have non-existent customer service, which will bite them in the a*s soon enough - or not soon enough for me. I ordered 8 pairs and was sent the wrong socks - lemon yellow instead of white. They will not respond to their customer service email, and there is no other way to contact them. It is also important to note that you cannot leave a negative review on their website, which is the only reason that they have a perfect rating on their website. The socks are nice, although less than half alpaca content. But be prepared to get the wrong thing, or as others have noted here, get nothing at all with no recourse.
I love them. Feet don't sweat. Very soft and great cushion. Low socks are great for summer. Just what I was looking for.
I love these alpaca socks, They ate soft, warm, and fit really well. They stay up without the band being too tight. I'll be buying more in the future.
The colors looked different online than they did when they arrived. I was disappointed.
Can't always get the colors I want in the size I want
Like your products so far. Bought a hat and socks.
The softest socks you'll ever wear.
Love the design, comfort & overall fit.
Just not quite the socks for 95 degree temps here in Alabama, cause they will make your feet sweat!
But do love the quality.
Easy to order online. And that's something because I'm techno-challenged.
I was confused about the difference between the socks regarding thickness. Also I was confused about paying. Had to re-enter the payment info several times.
I love the feel of alpaca but never can afford it zdx! Saw this ad and decided to try it!
Shopping was easy. Hope I like the socks as much as my friends do.
I've now received my socks and am super pleased. I'm a mailman so I walk 9.4 miles 6 days a week. I need to take care of my feet.
When I wore my pacas to work one of my coworkers who suggested them asked if I was happy with them.
I told her "I might be here at work but my feet are on vacation!"
Nuff said
Quick shipping, Nice Socks I will buy them again. Thank You
These are the most comfortable socks I have ever worn and I have tried many different socks.
I love these socks. I have Epidermolysis Bullosa Simplex and these socks are literally the only ones that are CONSISTENTLY ABLE to keep my feet from blistering.
Sorting didn't work as anticipated. Still worked well enough to get what I wanted but it didn't sort how I wanted it to. Also, some packs are not available such as the 6 pack white, grey, and black solid in women's sizing.
Very helpful support. My package was lost by the P. O. It has finally showed up 2 weeks later. The package was ripped open and then taped up but the socks were fine.
Great! These are the most comfortable socks I have ever owned!
I love Pacas but there aren't any light weight mens low show socks.
I'm getting the woman's low show socks to give to my daughter to show her how great Pacas are! They have kept my feet warm on cold nights and cool on warm spring days.
Soft as melted butter and don't slide down into my shoes
Quick and easy. Came just as quickly as they said they would. Love them
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
