I have bought many things from this site and there is no quality assurance they will sell anything without checking if the sellers are selling the real deal, Fake pearls when they state it is real, Tiffany knock offs, underwear that get holes after 2 washes same with socks, smashes candle in which they refused to respond, save yourself time and money buy somewhere else
There's always an interesting array of things for sale and you can get some amazing deals. I usually make a few orders a year. Some items take longer than others to arrive but they all get to me in the end. Customer service has sorted out any problems quickly and efficiently. Great app if you like shopping.

Ozsale is great. I've bought from them quite a few times. I did a majority of my Christmas shopping with them. Everything arrived before the date they gave. Certain things come from overseas (that's why you can get designer labels at such a good price) so it takes a few weeks to arrive (as stated in item description). Well worth the wait. Everything is authentic and great quality. Their phone app is also great. Highly recommended site.
I quite often get motivated to buy from an OzSale listing but the set delivery fee regardless of how big or small my order might be can be a deterrent. I think there should be some more options for people.
I've been subscribed to oz sale for a few years now and have been successful in purchasing some great bargains. Delivery is well communicated and returns are easily sorted also. Prefer this style of online shopping to eBay any day.

I've bought shoes, jeans, underwear, dresses and swimwear and everything has been perfect quality (no obvious factory seconds). Sometimes the items take a while to get to you, but as long as you don't need them by a certain date, that isn't a problem. Just make sure to check the estimated delivery date before you purchase.
The available sales were fantastic, a massive range and amazing value... a real bonus coming up to Christmas and I ticked off everybody on my list within the one online shopping site - unbelievable! The sight was really easy to navigate and whats more after I made my purchases I was sent an email that not only details when the stock arrives into the warehouse, but when it is packed, sent and expected delivery date! The delivery price was a flat rate so considering how much I purchased $9.95 was an exceptional outlay! I cannot recommend this site enough, I have saved this site to "my favourites" new sales are starting all of the time I'm now visiting the site very regularly to see what new great products are being offered!
Was a bit fearful at first of having fake or inferior products sent to me but after the first experience I have not gone back. I use ozsale.com.au now to do 80% of my clothes shopping. Its great for gifts too. Very happy customer.

Only issue I have ever had was a 'Pantene product' came through and it was clearly an expired product but this is one issue out of at least 30 positive purchases.

My only issue now is what to buy from you next
Ozsale is generally a good website to pick up some bargains, particularly with toys, clothes, and cosmetics. However, always read the description very carefully. If there is not enough information available, just don't buy it! I have had three not-so-great experiences with Ozsale; an item arrived broken, an item arrived not as described, and another item was past the expiry date. This is not necessarily Ozsale's fault, as products do sometimes get shipped directly from suppliers. However, it is quite easy to get a refund or return the item if something like this happens. I have been using Ozsale for over 6 years, and the vast majority of purchases are great.
Quality of products are good and the wide range is excellent. Overall the service is acceptable, however, there are ways to improve:
- Shipping, cost is just about acceptable but often the distribution deadlines are broken with no notice and when challenged is met with general apathy by customer service. Refund or credit poor service.
- Clothes sizing. There needs to be a way of standardising this for all brands because the current system is so varied you have to google international sizing charts.
- Loyalty should be rewarded, get something after 5 orders, 10 orders etc.
- The App is good, keep improving it.

Being able to get everything you could ever need and want in one place is absolutely amazing! Doesn't matter how many items or how big the items are, the constant $9.95 shipping is a God send. Only problem I have with this site, is the estimated delivery date is often incorrect, by weeks even. So don't order anything you need asap
I know what to expect with Ozsale. I can access size charts easily if I'm unsure on European sizing for example, and when I've had the odd discrepancy, it has been swiftly resolved.
Choice is fantastic and has grown immensely over the years. Still a go to, and I'm looking forward to receiving my next order in a couple of weeks.
I have purchased many items from Ozsale over the years. My last fashion purchase was shipped from U. K. Gorgeous item, lovely quality at a fraction of the usual retail price. The only downside usually is having to wait several weeks for dispatch and delivery. On the occasion that I have needed to return items due to not fitting or having a defect or being a defective product, customer service has been mostly helpful. There have been 3 disappointing occasions when items I have ordered have been cancelled after a long delay waiting for the item. Money was then refunded. Apparently the seller was unable to supply these items.
My mother in law knows everything and when i want to buy something she always says "Buy it from Ozsale" because apparently you have everything on the website... love shopping on your website enough said!
I love shopping at ozsale for their branded yet way too affordable prices with quality products. Customer service is amazing also. I had to cancel one item after placing the order which I had emailed asking for a cancellation & refund. Reply was instant & got the refund straight away. No questions asked or anything. Love it.
