Bought a brand new iPhone in early June did not turn up until late July. This phone was very slow and after 2 months began dying all the time. Advised Ozsale I was not happy with the phone. They advised to return it and the would replace if found to be faulty or it would be repaired using refurbished parts but suggested that I had caused the issue by dropping the phone or using a non genuine charger.
I advised them that I would be taking the phone into Apple for them to check it out. Yesterday I took the phone into an Apple store where they advised me that the phone was made and first sold in 2015 in Fort Worth Texas and it's screen had been replaced and was made of all different parts- it definitely was not brand new. I will now be lodging complaints regarding this matter. Do not buy anything from this company. They are obviously lying cheating frauds who take people's money buy selling goods that are damaged, second hand or fake.
This company needs to be closed down.
Ozsale says delivery 7-21 days from the end of sale but not really. I had to wait 7 weeks for my order to arrive! How about that? Also they swap the item because they didn't have it in stock so just put in something that they thought I would like!

While this will sound strange I am sure, every time I need to buy something from household items to new clothes, a relevant sale appears before my eyes and I can buy anything I want without ever leaving home! Just love it!
There are many interesting sales each week. The clothing is usually very well priced, the challenge to leverage that is size uncertainty and no returns policy. Some sales are good value but adding shipping costs can make the smaller Ines not worthwhile.
The only thing preventing me giving 5 stars is the sometimes lack of women's shoe sizes. I probably buy too many shoes anyway! Plus I love the variety in all other sales that Ozsale offers.
Shipping is also fast compared with other similar sites. Thanks Ozsale!
OzSale agreed and said they had processed my refund, (for faulty goods). They received the goods on the 19th November, they took a week to process the refund on 26th November. They claim it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to appear. However, I am still waiting for the money, 9 business days later. They also made it very difficult to return the goods. Their PDF would not work, they told me they had emailed me the return address but they hadn't. Then they emailed me with two different return addresses! I had to work really hard to even get the parcel in the mail to return. They constantly ignored my messages for days at a time, making the whole process very difficult and time-consuming, and it's still not over. They have been refusing to communicate with me for the past 5 days now.
I have used Ozsale a few times now and love it. They have a great range of products and the site is easy to use. The customer service team do very well in keeping you up to date on the status of your order and you get shipping updates as well which I love. The only thing that I think could be improved is the description of items and having a size guide for each brand, as I found when shopping brands I had not purchased from before there was no size guide and so I was unsure what size to get. Other than that Im a huge fan!
OzSale has been a saviour this holiday season - i've been able to do all my Christmas shopping online and have gotten because there are so many great deals have managed to save some money on gifts this year (in comparison to last). Will definitely re-visit OzSale again next season and in between for any gift ideas!
Ozsale has a wide variety of things, I find it difficult with the delay in actually getting the items as for presents etc you have to be planning well ahead of time. The tracking system on items is mostly a very reliable tool to see where items are at.
I was sent the wrong size bedspread & want to return it but after several emails with your customer service, I was very frustrated, I explained we live in a remote area & do not have a computer or printer. Through no fought of my own I havent returned it. Not happy.

Over the past 5 years I have found Ozsale has the best products from a huge range of options to choose from AR great prices. Their after sales service is also excellent. At times products have not been suitable for various reasons hand Ozsale customer care has also been always been very pleasant and helpful in enabling products to be returned.
For those super organised who like to grab an amazing bargain for friends and loved one Ozsale is a saviour. With numerous birthday's and events during the year I am able to continually check out amazing gift ideas and get them at ridiculously low prices saving me half a years worth of income. And if it not the best gift at the time the return process is very easy and organised to use a credit note at a later date.

Always a good mix on products from cheap to designer stuff. Pricing is good but could be better for designer items. The customer service is fantastic. I had to send back damaged goods and it was very easy to sort out.

I shop often and have always been happy with purchases. I never buy expected fast shipping as the sale ends first and then items are ordered then shipped then packed than shipped again. So maybe not for people wanting things immediately
Have only one thing to complain about It takes longer than stated for a item to be received. Do not order if it is a gift as you may not receive it on time for your special occasion. Otherwise very happy with the many things I have purchased
Ozsale has great brands and great prices. I like that you can look at individual sales or search for a specific item or brand. Everything I've bought from Ozsale has arrived in good condition which is important when buying items as gifts. I have bought from Ozsale many times now and I will continue to buy from Ozsale. Be aware that sometimes there is up to a four week wait for some items, check the expected delivery date of you have a deadline.
This company charges your account as soon as the order is placed, although items do not arrive. Trying to find your order or getting a refund is time consuming with no positive out come. They are providing a service you pay for, so it up to them to find out why their suppliers have not sent the items. You deal with numerous people each time there is a response. Excuses... in the end I cut my loss and will never deal with this company or any company they have taken over again...
