I'm really impressed with this product. My reason for buying Glycerine was to make homemade bubble mix because my son loves bubbles. Then I started reading up more about this product and saw that others mention how good of a moisturizer it is and during my research I found lots more information on this being good for skin.
Well, now I have been using this with our regular lotion after baths and showers (plus a little extra in between for my son) because my son and I both have Eczema. During winter and summer months my skin gets so dry that sometimes nothing helps to moisturize so I have to add in extras to my lotion for some relief. Usually I use coconut oil on both myself and my son but for some reason I cannot put coconut oil on my son because it causes a rash, so this glycerine has been a rash remedy now. I rub this into my sons skin at night after a bath and a little extra in between during the day on his rash spots and the skin is not as red and the eczema rashes are fading. I've been using this glycerine on my son's eczema rashes and all over for about 5 days now and am seeing improvement.
I know this is food grade and can be eaten but that part I have no experience with. I've made bubbly mix with this and it works well. In the past I've used glycerine to make homemade soaps but didn't ever catch on to put it on my skin till now. I'm glad I found this again to use on our skin.

Extremely Happy

I placed order with these guys and I lost my hopes of getting it due to the delay in shipment from the manufacturer. But Customer service followed with the order and finally shipped my order. This is the first time I am placing order with them, I am happy to place again.

I purchased the 54" Drive Bariatic Electric Hospital Bed from otcdeal for my Dad who is in at home hospice care. We didnt need a Bariatic Bed, as my Dad is now only approx 150 lbs. But that is the only type of bed that is available in a 54 Full Size bed. He was in a small twin bed that was supplied by hospice that was only 36" wide. He had a hard time turning in it and wanted a larger bed. Hospice could not supply anything else but the 36" twin. After searching the internet for 54" Full Size Hospital Beds, I decided on otcdeal they had the best price and the service I received was excellent. I would highly recommend otcdeal if your in need of a Electric Hospital Bed for your loved one! FIVE STAR SERVICE *****

My card was renewed this year. My 1st year. I called and activated the card and was told to destroy the old card. I did. Took a bus twice, cost me 10 dollars. Got what I needed only to be embarrassed at the checkout when the card didn't work. I've tried the number in the back only to be left in hold for over 30 minutes. So now what? Who's gonna pay me for my time and out of pocket costs as well as A NEW CARD THAT WORKS!

Contacted just before Christmas. Was assured would receive by end of year. Phone calls after new year were not returned. Status still "in progress" for 3+ weeks. Not sure if this is scam site or not. My opinion seems to be going in that direction. I guess attorney general of state is next contact step if owners won't update status or respond. Ironically, they do process payments quickly. Be careful with this site.

Don't do business with this company. Their website is not secured, they don't send a confirmation email after placing your order, and their customer service "chat" window is a fraud. Upon closer inspection of the website, which appears to be legit, I find all kinds of signs that it is a scam operation.

This company has written me at least 10 times asking me to change my review and it is very strange that after giving them a Very Bad review of worst ever. I have suddenly start receiving calls from a pharmaceutical l company asking me if I want to reorder male enhancing pills. I get this call 4 and 5 times a day. I am in a time zone difference area so it is 3 and 4 am for me.

Stay Away!

I ordered two bottles of Liquid Collegen +C on October 19,2016. They say it will ship in 24 - 48 hours, this is now 8 days and it still hasn't shipped. Called the number on the site, a lady told me that my order should arrive between 7 - 10 days from my order placement, but yet she was contacting the shipping department to have it shipped out as the item is and has been in stock all this time. When I asked again then if my order will be to me within 3 days, she said she would have to talk to the shipping department about expediting the order. Now mind you, my Credit Card was charged on October 21st. I know I will never order from this company again and I recommend anyone else look the other way unless you can wait 6 months for an order to arrive.

My order for nutritional supplement was stuck for a few days as "being processed", so I used the CHAT to follow up- which asked for my contact email and number. Additionally, the web-published contact number was called but no answer. Not long after, someone called and gave assurance that the order would be shipped that day with a promise to send by email the tracking number as a confirmation. When no tracking number showed up, this was followed up again through CHAT. The customer service person assured that the order did ship and finally sent the tracking number. Long story short: the order finally came through and was received two days later. My experience suggests that OTC is responsive, but giving it only 3 stars for the need to be prompted for order completion. Hope this helps future customers decide for themselves.

No response to questions/calls. Customer support information and 'warehouse' is an address pointing to a tiny office by a foreign IT sweatshop... basically they created a fake storefront to take your money.

Looks like fraud to me

I placed an order for Twinlabs Pancreatin as shown available (in Stock) on their site on 12/23/19. Card was charged immediately - however - it was not a Visa charge (with which I paid), but for some reason PayPal charge, and in the email with order it was saying: Paid by PayPal. Order was never shipped, my email was listed as non-existing in their system (despite I received at least 5 emails from their service saying that my order is on backorder (how could they charge money in that case?). And then - that order is being processed (at least twice). Finally I registered on their site again - and on the tracking of this order received final response that ORDER IS CLOSED... Money were gone on 12/24, today is January 18, no money, no order. STAY AWAY! Because the phone is not working either!

Bad company.

Ordered a mattress from this company somewhere near Dec 5th. Was informed 2 days later that mattress was no longer made. They offered a upgraded mattress for the same money. I could never get that mattress shipped to me. Finally told them to cancel order. They told me it would ship on the 23rd of Dec and would receive it by the 25th never happened. Finally they cancelled the order on 1/3/17 and said they would credit my card and should receive the credit within 24-48 hours as of today it has been 144 hours not including weekend. Other reviews I read have had same issue. I usually read reviews of companies but didn't do it on this one. Mistake I won't make again. Won't recommend this company

I ordered a replacement for our nebulizer. It was dropped the night before. I asked for overnight service and a week later I have not received the product. The UPS website show I should receive it in a few days. Thank goodness we have not had to use it in the past week.

I shop online a few times a week. I happened to order a lipgloss from this site. Unfortunately I got the wrong color. I contact them right away and for over 2wks I have been trying to call them and resolve the issue. Rachel told me that she'll take care of that&send me the right color lipgloss. When I called to find out when I should get the item finally a guy told me that they are out of that item. Pretty much there was nothing they could do. I kept calling every day over 10 phone calls just to get hold of someone. I know it's only $9 lipgloss but it's truly frustrating to know that some sites are taking advantage of buyers and literally are scamming them. SHAM! First&last time shopping at this site. If you want something cheaper-shop on EBay/Amazon. Save your money&time. Bad experience.

I ordered Diflucan, which is brand name antifungal fluconazole, it never was indicated that I would get sent anything but Diflucan. But instead got sent a generic I'd never even heard of (Eradicom, which has very little literature about it on the internet). Why would I want to take the one I've never heard of? I was still charged for the Diflucan.

The order I placed was small and I wasn't receiving the items in a timely manner as promised by OTCDeal however, when I called there was always a person to talk to and they explained some of my ordered items were in high demand so they did try to complete my order but ended up shipping me a partial order and did refund me for the items they could not obtain. I believe them when they say they are just starting up their company and trying to improve.
