Title: Misleading Advertising, Unauthorized Subscription & Hidden Charges – BEWARE of Maëlys! Review: I'm extremely disappointed with Maëlys. I responded to an ad promoting their B-Tight cream with a "Try Before You Buy" offer. There was absolutely no mention of a subscription, extra products, or automatic charges. Without my authorization, I was enrolled in a $139.66 monthly subscription and charged an additional $133.76 for products I never requested, including GET-DREAMY and RE-LURE. I was not given a clear option to confirm or cancel these charges beforehand. When I contacted customer service, they said the order couldn't be canceled anymore – which is unacceptable. This is misleading, dishonest, and feels like a scam. I demand a full refund and strongly warn others: don't fall for this trap! Sin mi consentimiento, la empresa me inscribió en un plan de suscripción mensual por $139.66 y además me cobraron $133.76 por varios productos que no pedí, incluyendo GET-DREAMY y RE-LURE. Todo esto sin darme la opción de confirmar ni cancelar antes del cargo. Cuando reclamé, me dijeron que ya no podían cancelar el pedido. Esto es una estafa y una práctica deshonesta. No es justo que vendan con publicidad atractiva y después engañen con cargos ocultos. Exijo el reembolso completo y alerto a otras personas: ¡no caigan en esta trampa

These guys offer a great service from start to finish! Very happy with their website easy to navigate! Delivery is fast and efficient. When I did have an issue with a slightly faulty item - not the product itself just hard of the outer plastic container was missing they not only apologised but sent a replacement I was not expecting that Very rare you have a issue resolved so efficiently without a fight or a lot of time consuming quibbling
