I had decided to pick this website out of the 3 I was provided, which unbeknownst to me was the worst decision I had ever made. After paying $28, I was punched in the face with a $40 addon to get my certificate emailed to me. This was a payment-by-payment process, where after I already paid $28 they threw more payments at me, making the payment for each addon separate. This was clearly done on purpose to pressure you into using their website, hiding the extra addons behind the first payment. The free option of course was to send it to you by mail, but they add on by saying 7-30 days and that the current state of the postal service could take even longer than 30 days. Clearly another way to pressure you into paying $40 for the email service. Having no shopping cart page with the addons you want is a HUGE red flag and I will keep this in mind from now on. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip at the end, after slapping you in the face with the ludicrous addons. And after all this nonsense, the youtube channel for the video quizzes you have to do is named "Lowest Price Traffic School", along with the website URL when you login and their motto being "Stop searching. Start saving. Why pay more?". The audacity. I feel as if I am being taunted. I will tell all my friends to STEER CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE if they are ever in need of a defensive driving course. I also just realized this website never mentions anywhere the cost of the delivery options in English. They only mention what kind of delivery options are available. The only way to see the cost of the delivery options beforehand is if you go onto the spanish site. This is also the only place to access a shopping cart. Their prices clearly provide a fake discount, saying everything is discounted when clearly a $40 email delivery option is ludicrously overpriced.

First off. I rarley leave reviews but this one forced my hand.
The first thing that caught my attention was the fact that they charge $30 to deliver the certificate by email and no cost to ship it (ETA 30+ days). If that isint fraustrating enough (they know you need it asap so youll pay the $30) if you decline to pay the fee and opt for the mailing option they offer it for $20 instead. Say no to that and they offer it for $10, followed by their final offer of $0.00 for email delivery as it costs them more to ship it then to email it. Nows when I really get upset! Most people are deparate and pay the outrageous cost of $30. #PriceGuaging.

Second of all, they promise the cheapest price guaranteed for Driving records and Driving courses. Guess what? You can get it a driving record for $12.00 from the Gov website with (No way!) no $10.00 email charge. Crazy! Thats $20.00 cheaper then them. Will they honor their guarantee when I showed them this? Nope, they only match 3rd party prices, not the cheaper price you can get directly from the source.

Last point. The course website is old.

All in all do not recommend!

Take the time to do the course and you will be surprised at the information contained within. Sometimes we take a lot for granted especially on the road but after taking this course it has made me more aware of the privileges given to me to be a part of the driving community but one condition and that is to implement the rules of the road and driving safely. I do not need to be in a hurry just enjoy the drive and get there, Thanks to all the men and women safety officers on the road that make sure we get there in one piece.

I am only giving 4 stars due to the time issue. The course was okay except for the time on the different sections. Some sections gave you plenty of time and you will have to do other stuff while waiting for the timer to time out. Timer has to zero out on each section/chapter before you can continue. The problem is in other sections that are large with a lot of information not enough time is given. Even if the information is not complex you still need time to process it if there is a lot of information in the chapter. There is a 4 question quiz at the end of each chapter and you need to get 3 out of 4 right to pass the section so please give people time to know the info. If they passed the quiz with plenty of time on the clock just let them go to the next section instead of having to wait out the timer

Chapters were long, but the short video quiz kept it moving. Very good course to take. Straight and to the point. Makes one think about all that could happen
