I took class on Nov.18th and they failed to mail my certificate for the courts! It took me back tracking through my payment to get to them again. They could see it failed to mail. They said because of a missing DOB. I call BS! I do Not recommmend this site. The court needs it 30 days after taking class for it to be vaild.

I Never received the certificate of the course. I call to costumer service and they where offering me to buy a email certificate for half a price which is $39. Other schools have instant email delivery for free, included in course price of $25

Originally signed up for the combo package, then had to pay an additional fee for email delivery for the driving record as well as the certificate. I ended up spending $28 on the course (because without notice they changed my order and said they gave me the beginner course instead), $4.95 for audio I never used and did not want, $39.95 on the certificate with email delivery and $34.92 on a the driving record with email delivery including a discount since I complained.

Do not use these clowns. They try to nickel and dime you for so many unneeded components and will give it for free at end after you decline. (Email you your certificate instead of them repeatedly asking for 24.95)

I've taken lots of courses in past and this one actually required you to watch screen even when you are done... as it will randomly ask questions and have 90 seconds to reply. EVEN while waiting for mandatory time to complete whilst done all the work.

The questions on many videos were HARD and some not even relevant to the video.

I believe they WANT you to fail so they can recapture your money a second time.

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!

They charge you for the course then once you complete the course they charge you for the certificate. Now they are charging me every month $9.95 when I don't even need or use their services any longer.

Be careful providing these people with your credit card number. They will charge as much as they can even if you did not sign up for the service they just add nonsense services to your account and charge your credit card.

Yes, the course is only $25 (plus $3) but then AFTER YOU PAY youre asked if you want to audio (for a price) so you dont have to read the whole thing; or an emailed copy of your completion (for $35); the only free way to get your completion is through USPS and it takes "11-30 days".
And this goes on for 3 pages of add-ons that you probably thought would be included as part of the course (because it usually is).
And then you learn that you have to get a form printed and notarized and scanned and mail it back to them before you can get your certificate.
This business is technically doing everything they said they would but making sure to squeeze every penny out of you for every little thing along the way, which really makes it feel like a cheap, scammy operation.
There are several other options out there for this kind of service and I wish I would have picked any other one.

Shady, very Shady.They get you on the hook for the course & admin fees first. Once you have paid that, THEN you find out its $40 to get the completion certificaiton by EMAIL?! WTF?! REALLY?! Other companies will send it to you for FREE or immediate download. I sent an email to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation about this site. I was able to get a refund when I called saying that that is unacceptable. They get you on the hook for the course then milk you for more for something that shouldn't cost what they are charging. In my opinion the way this company operates is TOTAL & UTTER BS, it appears to be very deceptive not letting customers know ALL fees & costs up front. Why would anyone set up a business in such a manner as it only cultivates suspicion and distrust. This is only my experience and opinions.

I thought this was self paced. Wished I would have realized before purchasing. Also, finished the course and to get my certificate I either have to wait a couple weeks to receive by snail mail or pay an outrageous price to have emailed. I am still waiting for my "free" certificate to arrive by snail mail as I was not willing to pay an additional $40 to get my certificate that I thought I was paying for when I purchased the course.

I am only giving 4 stars due to the time issue. The course was okay except for the time on the different sections. Some sections gave you plenty of time and you will have to do other stuff while waiting for the timer to time out. Timer has to zero out on each section/chapter before you can continue. The problem is in other sections that are large with a lot of information not enough time is given. Even if the information is not complex you still need time to process it if there is a lot of information in the chapter. There is a 4 question quiz at the end of each chapter and you need to get 3 out of 4 right to pass the section so please give people time to know the info. If they passed the quiz with plenty of time on the clock just let them go to the next section instead of having to wait out the timer

Agreed to a $25 change and ended with multiple charges of $72.38. Run away from this site - scammers. Will be calling Visa to dispute.

I had decided to pick this website out of the 3 I was provided, which unbeknownst to me was the worst decision I had ever made. After paying $28, I was punched in the face with a $40 addon to get my certificate emailed to me. This was a payment-by-payment process, where after I already paid $28 they threw more payments at me, making the payment for each addon separate. This was clearly done on purpose to pressure you into using their website, hiding the extra addons behind the first payment. The free option of course was to send it to you by mail, but they add on by saying 7-30 days and that the current state of the postal service could take even longer than 30 days. Clearly another way to pressure you into paying $40 for the email service. Having no shopping cart page with the addons you want is a HUGE red flag and I will keep this in mind from now on. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip at the end, after slapping you in the face with the ludicrous addons. And after all this nonsense, the youtube channel for the video quizzes you have to do is named "Lowest Price Traffic School", along with the website URL when you login and their motto being "Stop searching. Start saving. Why pay more?". The audacity. I feel as if I am being taunted. I will tell all my friends to STEER CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE if they are ever in need of a defensive driving course. I also just realized this website never mentions anywhere the cost of the delivery options in English. They only mention what kind of delivery options are available. The only way to see the cost of the delivery options beforehand is if you go onto the spanish site. This is also the only place to access a shopping cart. Their prices clearly provide a fake discount, saying everything is discounted when clearly a $40 email delivery option is ludicrously overpriced.
