Where to begin - so many complaints. Worst phone helpline in the world. A woman who is almost certain to annoy you. Dreadful reliability, huge bills. Phone forever out of order. Long waiting period to get it fixed. Best (worst) of all after processing 30 monthly payments there was a delay on a direct debit. "True" Telecom immediately cut off the phone line. I thought it was another fault. Phoned the helpline and was told they had left a mesage on the answering machine. My answering machine needs the phone line, which they had cut off! Helpline woman laughs at the prospect of me making a complaint!
The worst commercial mistake I have ever made was going with these cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

We have just taken out a new mobile phone contract with 5 connections and we encountered a problem with one of the free Entertainment packages that was offered as part of the deal. My issue was passed on to the Care team and a very efficient young lady Eurika Z dealt with it and sorted it out for me within minutes. She has a very professional, calm, kind manner and was very sympathetic to my frustration, and what could have been a lengthy, aggravating process and ongoing issue that could have left us annoyed and disillusioned was resolved very swiftly and efficiently by Eurika. Thank you! That's customer service par excellence!

I am a computer phoebe of long standing Having failed to relate to my I phone over the last decades I recently switched to a smart phone,
I didn't expect it to be much simpler and it was not.No doubt my own fault I am sure., I am not a simpleton but I do have blind spot with technology.
However your chat line with helpful and patient operatives has been a great help and my relationship with my phone is blossoming like never before

I needed to change my mobile tariff so I used the online chat. The person on the chap was really attentive and sorted me out with a much better tariff, which I am really grateful for. There was no 'Lets increase the price first' just a 'lets find you the best tariff for you'
He sorted everything quickly and left me a happy customer.

Karl D sorted a competitive deal for me so I'm very happy now. Was concerned I might get a poorer deal with Onecom as, like others, until last year I thought I was with Vodafone as the invoicing is from them. However, I am pleased with my new contract and customer service has been friendly and professional.

Was sold this service as a money saving swop. It has been a complete rip off with me now paying double what I was paying before. Plus to get out it they want to charge a lot of money. I am now pursuing them through the ombudsman.
One of our number in business account got less data and receiving additional usage charge, online chat to James D at Onecom, very cooperative and knowledgeable, suggested really good option that we agreed and reduced our monthly cost.

There is no more that I can say about these people. Customer service is terrible, they are rude, pushy, aggressive, and if thats how they reckon they can run a business they are much mistaken. I asked to speak to his manager and he refused, just cutting in on me and turning everything I said around. I rang back and supposedly got the manager who reckoned he was listening in to the first call... he was equally as rude and aggressive and didnt know the facts either so was also lying... I have now rung BT and done a better deal with them...
I am so grateful to James for helping me out with my phone reception. I can now make and receive wi-fi calls which I only thought could be done through WhatsApp etc. but I have now set my phone up in wi-fi mode and can receive calls all over the house and garden. Success.

I would like to say that whenever I call Onecom I know that they will respond and resolve my queries or issues immediately. The other day I emailed to say that for the life of me I could not print a pdf of my monthly invoice. Hannah Timmins called me back very quickly, we had a laugh and my invoice popped up in my email within minutes. This is typical of Onecom's 5 star customer service - Sarah from Samskip

I had a problem changing my email address with Vodafone, I tried on the Vodafone website to no avail, so chatted with Elysia B at Onecom who within a short space of time had sorted the issues.

Persuaded to switch frm BT. £49 per month with vat, I have never had a bill for that amount, it is always about £20 higher. Asked today 28. 07. 16 why my bill is always higher and i was told
There was no rate of £49, argued with them but they want proof, also they took money out of my account which was for some else's bill and wont pay me back, they say they will credit next months bill, I said I could not afford £62.20 to come out of my account and it was there fault, but their policy is they dont pay back money, although they can take it out quick enough. Also would not discuss my £49 a month while they were trying to find out why they took money out of my account to pay some one else's bill.
After over a month of chasing my phone that was lost and handed in in Spain Onecom have been a fabulous help problem almost resolved and temporary sim with same number en-route to me

Karl Davies called Me today as arranged, on time (+/-1min). Sorted out my phone upgrade with absolute precision and within minutes. Gave me the percent plan for both my handset and an additional sim only plan. Very happy with levels of service and his very friendly and polite manner.

I was phoning to cancel 2 of my contracts as the prices seem to be going up and up. I explained what I had found and Karl matched one and beat the other. Really pleased as been with Vodafone a very long time with no faults.

Answer: There is no mention of the 3 year contract when the salesman cold calls you.
Answer: Ignore them. You cancelled the contract because it was mis-sold. You have cancelled the DD, just make sure it is not re-instated by them. Given the reviews I have just read I doubt they will take it down the legal route. You can always try threatening to sue for harrassment but, personally, I would just ignore them. Don't delete emails though - they are evidence should you need it.
Answer: If you can't through on the phone send them an email - what they do with it is their problem but it will be proof you cancelled in time. And if later than the cooling off period, you were mis-sold anywayso have a right to cancel. Then cancel the DD and go back to your old supplier. Good luck
Answer: They are very carefull with the way they word things for instance "we will endevor to waiver your ETF" so what there saying is they will try, And this was done by there legal team (consists of 2 people with no legal experance calling BT and pretending to be the customer saying because BT have up there prices your legally allowed to leave the contract free of charge, with BT just saying the charge is valid, and now they dont have a legal team atm so there not to concerned about customer happyness its a fly by company
