The shoes look nice but they run small. The first exchange is pretty easy though I'm waiting on the new pair to see how they are

The shoes are NOT as advertised. False advertising

Shoes are to big when I contacted customer service I had the option of paying shipping costs for a new pair with estamated shipping 3to 4weeks

They where to small for me an not the quality i thought

My order took over 2 months to arrive, the shoes are too big, even though I measured carefully before ordering and the shoes are lace ups. I would NOT have ordered them if I had known they were lace up shoes, I thought they were step ins. Overall, not impressed.

These are so comfortable and the styles are great!

Shoes are comfortable but I'm just a couple of weeks of wearing them the rubber heal is almost completely worn out

To be honest it was the color that attracted me first. They are by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned.

I have very high arches and leg problems. These shoes made it worse

They look awesome, and they have a nice built in cushion but they were a size too small. I am usually a US 9 but I should have ordered a 10. I gave them to my mom who is one size smaller than me and she loves them.

I was really excited to get these shoes after all the promises of how comfortable they were for those with plantar fasciitis. I had no problem with the wait for shipping, but when I received them, I was first disappointed in how the shoes fit. One pair fit perfectly, but had a lump in the heel of the left shoe and the other pair was way too big. One pair was an 8.5 and the other should have been a 7.5 if not a 7. I contacted customer service, they are very prompt, but they pretty much wanted me to pay 50% of my original cost in shipping and restocking fees, even though one shoe was defective and the other shoe's sizing was off, which I followed their sizing chart to a T. I was finally able to get them to understand that I shouldn't be charged for a defective shoe, they are sending a replacement and I just kept the other pair for a discount. It's been 10 days and I still haven't received a credit. So overall, with the time it takes for shipping, no difference in comfort from any other shoe I own and the customer service logic, I would spend your money elsewhere.

I have arch issues and thought I would give these a try. The arch support just isn't there. They are comfortable shoes but not what I was looking for.

Easy ordering process, they took longer than I expected to get, my feet hurt the first 3 days I wore them; they've gotten a little better
