Perfect customer service, extremely friendly and understanding when the shoes that arrived were the wrong size.
I purchase a pair of shoes from them they were to small, wanted to send back, they gave me three choices, I went with the choice of keeping the ones I had and pay $12/13 dollars for another pair, but they wanted to send me a pair they wanted me to have, which I didn't like, so I emailed them and asked them if I can have the same pair I purchased but bigger size, they NEVER responded to my email so how I'm stuck with these shoes that I spent $44 and have no use for.
I was puzzled. My ordered arrived with three (3) teaspoons in the package. What was the significance of the three (3) spoons. I emailed concerning this issue, but no one responded.
My shoes arrived though I ordered size 9 they fit like 81/2 so I can't wear them.
