The company sent the wrong size. I can't walk at all in the shoes are too tight for comfort. Very disappointed!

To small. So disappointed. I ordered 3 pairs. I ordered with using your sizing guide but they were still to small.

The shoes are uncomfortable and fall off easy they look ok the insole is also not the best I've ever tried not that great

Needed something to walk at work and not in pain most of the time

The shoes are not comfortable and not true to size. I tried another pair that was supposed to be larger, but appear to be the exact same size. They are pretty shoes, but they just do not fit.

I want to return these shoes but no one has responded to my request?

I don't know how this product can have 4.4 stars, it's a cheap quality product. The shoe itself is very poor quality, and has zero arch support. They send an insertable insole that is made of cardboard and offers zero arch support. Do not waste your money on this product. It also comes from China, so it took almost 3 weeks to arrive, that isn't something that is easily found on their website either.

So far no problems, I've worn them once all day no problem.

I ordered 2 size womens 7.5 pairs of tennis shoes. One came marked US 6 and one US 8. The 6 didn't even begin to fit and the 8 was fine, size wise. I contacted the company about the wrong size and they responded with "the shoe is the correct size. Look at the Euro number not the US number". Well then the other shoe that fits and marked US 8 is the wrong size? That made no sense to me at all. Obviously one of the pairs is the wrong size. They did agree to send a correct size and told me to keep the other pair. Still waiting on that pair to arrive.

Found cute shoes, but they were nothing like what I ordered when they came in. Very cheap and did not fit. Feet hurt badly due to shoes.
