Shoes were small wanted to exchange or return. Their policy sucks either keep and get 40% refund or return and pay a penalty plus shipping cost to China

Found what I like and was looking for. It looks great in present with me.

Took a while but it was Efficient, user friendly, simple, and helpful

The shoes were not very comfortable at all. They looked like they were going to be great but they were the exact opposite

The first day I wore them it was like walking on air but I'm still getting used to them

Love the Omega flex 2.0. They are light weight and comfy.

It was great. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't show the different colors for you to purchase. But I was looking for black, so it was ok.

Ordering was simple, but the product took longer then expected to receive. I was unable to track the package, so I emailed the company. They were wonderful in tracking the package location and arrival ended up being sooner then the company expected.

Prompt service and sending me another pair runners are great

Dissatisfying a waste of time and money a lesson in not to use your company again

The customer service rep was helpful. She was very professional explaining the product.

Reached out via email about the shoes being too small and rcvd a response the next day explaining my options. Opted to exchange and pay the $12 shipping. Just waiting for the replacement pair to arrive.

It was almost 2 shoe sizes

The tracking information is 10 days old, it's been 2 1/2 weeks and I haven't a clue where my shoes are.

My experience was really good. I had a representative that kept in touch with me about my purchase. The shoes are inexpensive. I got the rose red shoes. They are light and comfortable
I work for 9 hours a day and I'm constantly on my feet so these are perfect for me.

These shoes were lightweight and offered enough arch support for my foot issues.

It was very easy to order and received when I was told I would receive them. Only problem is the size. The tips of my toes are touching the very top of the shoe making it very uncomfortable. It was very easy and quick to ask the shoes to be exchanged for a bigger size but still having problems with them.

My experience was to shop and find some comfortable and affordable shoes. Not sure what else to say.

I love the shoes! My brother in law loves the compression socks!
