Je suis très déçue et je trouve que le service après vente est très décevant sur le site il est écrit politique de retour 60 jours et quand j'ai essayé de retourner mes items, le site a refusé car le délai de 30 jours était dépassé. La personne au service par chat m'a dit que la politique avait changé en mai et pourtant en septembre sur le site ca disait toujours 60 jours. Elle m'a écrit qu'elle était désolé mais que je devais comprendre. Inacceptable!

Just had a terrible chat with an agent. My order is overdue and, it turns out, hasn't shipped yet. They won't either expedite shipping or guarantee that they will cancel my order. Instead, only when I pushed hard they said they would "try" to cancel the order and let me know within 48 hours if that was possible. This company has no interest in customer service. They've lost me as a customer over a $68 order that could have been easy to make right.
No wonder Old Navy is going under! They canceled my daughter's clothing orders for "fraud". I have never had an issue using a debit card with my own name and address on it with ANYBODY. Now all the items I ordered are sold out! Looks like I dodged a bullet anyway based on their awful reviews! Get your crap together!

Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways.You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
