I was looking for an compact fold up indoor bicycle when they were pretty scarce and found one very reasonably priced at Ojcommerce.com, whom I've never heard of before. It came in a week, very securely packaged and easy to assemble. I'm glad I took a chance on them.
Purchased a Kodiak Futon with mattress and drawers unit. The finished product looks great and seems to be well constructed.
Was easy to assemble. It was my first time using the a assembly video instead of paper, and found it very helpful with the process. Took less time than I expected to complete the assembled unit.
Would recommend the Kodiak Futon to any interested person.
I think the quality of the product was good however to have to pay shipping fee plus $75 to restock the item is ridiculous. That's 25% of what I paid for it overall. When u are buying site unseen I don't think you should be required to be out that much money just because it didn't work out. Especially if half of the items were not even opened
I purchased a bed frame from OJ Commerce in March. It arrived quickly, which I was happy about, but it wasn't until I finished assembling it did I see a small sticker that said the product contains formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is KNOWN to cause cancer. There was nothing in the product information online that stated this. So, they failed to disclose this, and you only would have seen had you noticed the small sticker on a part of the bed frame. The bed frame also stinks from the poisonous chemicals. But the cherry on top was when I requested to return it and stated why, they told me that I could return it and should just send them the tracking number... meaning they wanted ME to pay for the return shipping for an oversized product that they falsely advertised. There was no way I was going to drag a bed frame to the post office. They're a fraudulent company. I should have just gone with Wayfair or Hayneedle because they have awesome customer service. I took a chance on OJ and I learned my lesson. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau which I have never done before with a company.
This one was easy to put together and looks nice too. Seems sturdy and serves my purpose. I purchased it through Walmart and it shipped to my home fast.
The anchor bolts popped out of the pressed board witch made it so I couldn't finish putting it together. Brought it in through the front door and one hour later it went out the back door. Was very dissatisfied with the quality of the product!

Customer service was poor. My item was damaged due to incorrect directions. I called customer service 3x left message and got no response. I'm still waiting

I went to IKEA website to order a loft bed. They had a problem finding delivery for my area.So went to Walmart's website and ordered a loft bed w/rollout desk, 3 pc drawer and book shelf. Best decision i've made. Put all peices together with the goof proof directions.MY DAUGHTER LOVED IT. Oh and the price was awesome.

I knew I was taking a chance by ordering a futon frame and mattress online but I needed one for a guest bedroom and couldn't go looking for one. The one I chose from OJCommerce was a lot based on the look but was over and above what I expected. I love it! It not only looks great it feels great! It is really beautiful and is my new favorite place to take a nap. It really is a queen size top to bottom side to side. I did good!
I found this after another bed seller wouldn't get back to me about an adjustable frame. Glad they didn't respond. This is the same frame and is 270 less than their sale price. Arrived quickly. Easy to assemble. Very pleased.

Cancelled an order before it was processed, they proceeded to charge me $183 for a dresser. I've emailed, only to get automated responses and they had the audacity to inform me to call, which leads to no one. I've tried contacting someone since May 20th, still no refund. I'm forced to seek legal help to solve the matter.
A lot better than screws strong and sturdy. Makes for an easier move I have found the quality is more than I originally expected them to be.
Recieved our small sectional sleeper. It was easy to assemble it seems fairly sturdy, but it does sit low.
