I topup lifeafter's fed credit alot from them because they r cheap and fast, that they become my main topup platform until Sometimes having my game topup failed and it take 3 days to finally receive my item that i was supposed to receive within 30min and they didn't give me clear explanation regarding the issue and situation. And their lifeafter topup price raised everyday that it's now ridiculous.

It didn't work because it had already been used weeks ago!
My go to online purchase. Reliable all the time. This is my 4th purchase and I'm still loving it. Secured and easy.
I placed an order on 2020-4-10 and payed via Sofort, it's a direct payment. After that i recieved the following message: "Please be informed that your order will be processed once the payment is settled on
2020-04-21. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding."
Then i contacted the customer service and they told me that i can get my order direct if i pay via Paypal, which i did.
That order went through just fine.
So i wanted to cancel the first order an got this message: "Please be informed that your order will be processed once the payment is settled on 2020-04-21. We will proceed with your order cancellation after the payment settlement. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding."
The 22. Passed, and what happens... they don't cancel the order, they already got the money, so why would they?
Their customer service told me, that they can't give the money back, because of the payment method...
Other ways of refunds are (of course) impossible, they can just recive money via Paypal, it only works in one direction.

In regards to your complaint, for the SofortBanking payment method, it will take up to 15 days for the first-time transactions as stated when you choose this payment method before the checkout process. This process is beyond our control as we just followed the instructions from the bank itself. For the refund, you may contact your bank for more information. If the delivery does not happen after the clearance date, the order should be canceled and you will receive the store credit if there is no response from your side. We hope the explanation cleared up your doubt regarding this payment method.
