Calls on the field are always in favor of which team is winning. I watched a catch by Washington against the bucs which proves it all. They all said it was a clean catch when one foot was in bounds. This game is rigged af and I don't even like the Bucs! Weather the team pays the refs or not, this has to be addressed! That was NOT a 3rd down conversion...

The incredible greed of the NFL is on display on this website. Trying to maintain a stranglehold on football fans is definitely NOT the way to build a loyal base. Not only is it a clumsy, inaccessible site, but EVERYTHING on it is designed to make money off of individual fans.

All this site does is leave a bad taste in my mouth about the NFL. As if we don't all already know how smarmy the NFL is -- this site confirms and reinforces that opinion.

My advice: Head to ESPN.com. A much better organized and informative site, and they aren't trying to rip you off at every click.

I tried out the 7-day free trial but did not care for what was being offered vs. what I was interested in. I canceled the free trial the same day I placed the order but was charged regardless once the free trial period expired. Multiple attempts to get NFL.com to correct this were ignored forcing me to get my credit card company to intervene.

Please do not purchase this awful service. The website is terrible and even after subscribing you can t access games out of your area. There is nobody to contact (nfl customer service doesnt help with nfl +) and their manage your subscription site is a scam as it does not allow you to cancel a service that is crap to start with despite coming with a cancel at any time mantra. The only way to cancel is to dispute the charge via the credit card. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this BS service. First seat licenses that are completely unsalable when you want out and now this crap service. The nfl just goes deeper and deeper is scamming everyday americans and their customers until one day they will no longer be customers.

Awful service. Hard to log on. Frequently breaks service, re log on and comes back with Spanish broadcast with more delay and frustration.

Canceled my service. On line Chat service fix was to send me to a PAY service to fix their ridiculous offering.

Signed up for NFL.com, got half of Steelers first game then blurred out for second half. Now, dialing into Thursday Night Football, all I can do is listen... for $99 this sucks. For goodness sake, cut your deal with AT&T and get on with it. You are losing fans in boatloads. Godell hire someone who know what the hell they are doing... this in sinking faster than Trump China tariffs. If you have no fans watching, there is no value in your teams... Tampa Bay and Carolina hurt badly by your sucky website...

I ordered two separate orders on August 9 one order came as promised second order was lost by shipper called shippers. They said they have to find it and then it'll be 2 to 3 business days before we can have it. I need this shirt for an event on August 13 I called customerservicefan.com And was told that there's nothing they can do for three days I said, but I need the shirt I paid for overnight shipping so that I was sure to have it for the 13th. The gentleman that I talk to was less than cooperative told me well this is the way it is and if it doesn't get if it get on time and it's unfortunate. I don't think that's acceptable. They have time to overnight ship another one today is only 10 August and he flat out refused and said it just won't get there. We have to wait till the 13th before they would re-ship a new shirt or credit our credit card that's the best Customer Service this company has. I wouldn't let a dog order from this company again.

I ordered a Patrick Mahomes Jersey for my grandson for Christmas on Black Friday from nfl.com. Not only has it not showed up but it will not be here until January 11 at the earliest. When I called and nicely pleaded my case as my grandson LOVES Patrick Mahomes and all he wanted was a jersey fr Christmas and I am sick and cannot go get one for him at a local store, I was told that they cannot change the date and that I should have ordered earlier (than a month before Christmas) and then hung up on. I have no words, My grandson is going to be crushed. I am going to have to go to every store in the immediate area hoping to find one (mind you, I am sick and should not be out) but Nfl.com has to stick to its policy and are blaming it on me and hanging up on me when I argue back. I am very disappointed and very uspset that I have to break my grandson's heart. Thank you NFL.com

This app is TERRIBLE! Most of the games are listen only. The ones you can see, you'll only be able to watch on your phone. Will be cancelling with zero regrets. Don't waste your money!

It clearly shows that the NFL games are fixed and the Commissioner refuses to do anything because of the money that the NFL receives from the gambling facilities. The Bills quarterback is folding and crying and so far no penalties on Buffalo at Buffalo. That is why college football is fair and more competitive. The NFL will lose more fans beyond the same teams in the Super Bowl every time. The officials are definitely ruining the games and the NFL is becoming a joke.
