Ordered a birthday cake for my son. Paid extra for Saturday delivery so it was a fresh as possible for his birthday on Sunday. Despite the ordering saying we will get updated when it is shipped, you get no notification and no tracking details. Saturday came and went - no cake. Telephone number is a mobile number, no answer, no answer to texts and online chat is a 3rd party message taker, they cant help so totally pointless. Essentially, no support at all at the weekend.

My son is vegan so very few nice mainstream options so he has no cake today on his birthday. Hugely disappointing.

After recent discharge from hospital, I ordered a sweet treat gift pack from Newcakes.co.uk to be sent directly to the ward I'd been in, as a thank you to the brilliant NHS staff who'd cared for me. After online confirmation of the order, I received a call from New Cakes' Customer Services Dept explaining that not all hospitals will currently accept gifts and did I want to check, they also offered to put my name and telephone number on the package. Happily, my gift was accepted, and I was able to keep in touch with the Customer Services team who confirmed delivery and acceptance. I was really impressed by this concern to ensure my gift would reach the intended recipients, the level of service was better than the expected norm these days. I would happily use this company again.

I ordered my first cake back in November 2020 when we were having our fist family birthday celebration during lockdown. The cake exceeded my expectations and the team did a great job, despite my vague description of what I wanted. I didn't hesitate to order again when the 2nd birthday came around in December. I received an equally delicious cake, a different design and flavour and again very well packaged. It's January and we are getting ready to celebrate lockdown birthday number 3. I have already had a great interaction with newcakes regarding my order and I am looking forward to the usual excellent service I have received in the past. Thank you Newcakes. My sons 5 th birthday cake was his favorite. A roblox cake for his roblox party. All the children's parents asked me where I got it. I was nervous ordering at first but received on time in perfect condition & looked superb. All the children wanted a big boys roblox party when it was their next birthday. A total success. In the process of ordering my 2nd cake. It's a "Fortnite" one this time. Tasty, fresh snd looks stunning! Can't wait to see this one. Thanks guys.

This organisation is fantastic. We've had several cakes from them now and each time they've supplied customised designs that have utterly amazed us. Recently a cake clock for a birthday, in the shape of the After Eights timepiece, and was enjoyed thoroughly by the birthday recipient.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, the delivery on time, the chefs / designers are incredibly talented. Order a cake today, you won't be disappointed.

I've ordered two cakes from New Cakes in the past and both times I had very specific requests of what I wanted and the detail I required and so was apprehensive of what the finished product would look like. I needn't have worried however as not only did the cakes meet my expectations but exceeded them! The second cake I bought, the detail was so perfect that the recipient even cried and it was the talk of the party! Plus delivery was on time and the packaging superb! I would never order a cake from anyone else and already planning to purchase another one for my partners upcoming 40th birthday! Don't hesitate to purchase from here!
