The help team has not offered any help but to escalate the "request." they also said that there is a massive influx of complaints that mine is queued behind. Seems to be a problem across the board with the service. Buyer beware. Going to register a complaint w the ftc and bbb to make sure they are investigated.

I been trying to publish my website for days. I called web.com and still didn't get the help I needed.
The site builder is a little bit clunky and offers very limited functionality as far as where we are allowed to place certain blocks on the page.
I not even using web.com anymore and I am still getting charged. I have had more ease in creating my website on Wix than I have here.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
