Very good service from start to finish. Only one problem was found a week after intallation. One of the wall brackets was chipped at the base and a small nick out of the roofline paintwork. We were supplied with paint to touch this up.

Deckroof started to install on 22 August and on 23 August without any prior notice professionals left the site and didn't finish the job. I had to contact the work manager then and had to cancel my pre booked bank holiday trip with family on 26 August Monday, so they can revisit and complete the installation work on that day (I had no other choice except to cancel my well advanced and pre booked holiday trip plan because work manager wasn't able to provide me any other completion dates before the mid September!). It didn't stop there, on 23 August there was raining and we noticed there were multiple water leaking sites through the partly-installed roof as well as through the deckroof and building wall attachment side. Photos and videos of it was sent to customer service on 24 August and while they came back to site on 26 August, I was explained & reassured by the professionals that leaking happened due to incomplete joint sealings and after completion of installation today, there would be no more leakages.
However, there was further raining on 7 September and we discovered that there are again multiple areas of water leaking sites from the deck roof as well as roof-building wall junction - though sealant were applied everywhere while installation completed on 26 August.
I resent photos and videos to company regarding this issue and now I am waiting for them coming back to reassess the status of leaking on 1 October! More than three weeks later from reporting date.
I am very dissatisfied with the disruptive work pattern and poor installation workmanship; I had to cancel my pre booked bank holiday trip because of company's non-professional behaviour and now I have to wait for more than three weeks before they can come and reassess the status of workmanship. I was told by company that if there is any cancellation happens with other appointments, they may visit my property before 1 October.
I won't recommend this company to any of my relatives, friends and colleagues.
Arrived on time, were polite and friendly. Work carried out efficiently and with little inconvenience to me. Cleared away but left quite a bit of brick dust which is why I marked the service 8.
Product itself satisfactory but perhaps a bit pricey.

All went very well with sales, measuring and installation. My only point is that the current advert says interest free credit. Which is not strictly true if you are over 70 years of age. Age discrimination

After waiting for months for the awning you made a date for it to be fitted on my balcony.
After waiting till early afternoon I telephoned your office to say nobody turned up or had the decency to contact me to say they were not
Going to arrive. No apology just that they would phone me to make another appointment.
When they did phone me I was given a different story as to why they didn't turn up the
First time.
At least they could get their stories straight.

The fitters arrived much later than expected and as it was winter it was dark early. They finished the job in the dark. No fault of theirs, whoever planned the job should realise it gets dark about 4.30 and therefore schedule jobs accordingly. We had a visit from the head surveyor who spent an hour and a half putting things right. So not pleased with our experience. We hope it will be ok in the summer.

We completed a written appraisal a while back. I should have copied it but didn't. I was hoping that Nationwide would have responded to our concerns but I am afraid that as they had been paid promptly and in full they obviously did not feel that our concerns were worth following up. Although I think we said that we would recommend them, on reflection I do not think we would.

Over priced looking for Extra money for anything missed free heater by 1day apparently, would i recommend them not really. After spending over 10 grand they wanted 500 to run seal down each side REALLY

The reason I asked Nationwide Home Innovations to instal these Awnings was because I was pleased with the previous Awning which I had since 2007. However this latest expperience has left me disappointed and concerned given the assurances received when I made enquiries this summer. I will be writing further to outline my concern.

We are very pleased with our new Tumba electric awning. Everyone concerned with our purchase such as Josh the surveyor and the office staff have ensured throughout we are happy with our purchase. Simon, Josh and Jake carried out a very high professional job installing it, and setting it into our patio, cutting and replacing the existing patio slabs expertly. They ensured everything was fitted correctly and tested it and took time to demonstrate the control and explain how to operate and maintain it. The very high quality of the product is evident and extremely sturdy, essential as we can get strong winds, and it will last for years. Nationwide are an excellent company who ensure their customers are completely satisfied from the outset.

The communication with the office and initial site visit was good, followed by a very reassuring structural survey including how and where the awning would be powered with the minimum cables etc.
The fitting date was a bit longer than the two weeks the company states but we were very happy with the result. The fitters were efficient and installed the awning quickly. They were pleasant and left everything clean and tidy.
