We added a sun/windscreen to our veranda. The service was brilliant from start to finish. Our screen is as we expected, excellent quality, looks great, works as described.
I would recommend this company.
From survey, sales and installation I have been so pleased with the service and the product. The communications have been brilliant around arranging a date to install and then the team that did the work were great. All done in under 5 hours with the garden left clean and tidy.
Just looking forward to the warmer weather so I can make full use of the veranda.

I am so happy with my awning, not just the product but the whole service from start to finish, from the first meeting with the sales man Neal he was lovely, to the to guys who fitted the awning, so quick and friendly they didn't leave one trace of mess, and the ladies in the office have been so helpful, definitely would recommend Nationwide to friends and family.

This company did need chasing for a quote but after getting that and choosing them they carried out the project very professionally and to budget. The install team were very good indeed and polite, clean etc. the surveyor returned twice with no quibble to advise and recommend the works we had to carry out before install and was very good too. The office staff were always available and again did what they had to do well.
The end piece fell off in first fortnight. I reported it and waited 3 weeks for replacement. I was told it would be done on a certain date when I was due to go out in afternoon. I said please come before 1pm.At 1.55 I phoned HQ to say cancel visit as I am going out now and was told they were in area. I delayed leaving and let them into garden and left them doing the repair.
I was annoyed that they came at the wrong time but the job seems to be ok and they closed up the premises for me.

Friendly service from all staff including the installers. All very helpful. Installation was quicker than expected too, which was great but I would like to feedback that an 'order progress' email/communication could be improved as I called to check on progress and was then told it would be quicker than originally quoted.

Our new property has bifold doors and faces south so we decided to invest in a veranda to minimise UV damage and extend the living / relaxation space. From initial contact, salesmans visit and quote, through to ordering and installation everything went smoothly. Nationwide are good people to deal with and I would highly recommend them. The slight issues we had were resolved quickly and efficiently. We love our veranda and neighbours and visitors are all impressed with both its looks and it's function.
As our patio faces South we initially bought a large umbrella to shield us from the sun, however it was difficult to move and was prone to blow over so we decided to invest in an awning. The whole operation was professionally carried out and we are pleased with the final product.
From the moment I ordered my "Recife" Awning in September 2023 I was impressed with the swift and efficient responses. All options were explained and discussed and any information requested was made available throughout the process. Once the initial survey had been completed I was kept up to date with the production and installation arrangements. The two persons who fitted the awning were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and appeared to be both skilled and careful. The Interior and exterior were left clean and tidy with all debris removed.
The operation of the awning was demonstrated and all my questions answered. The high quality of the construction and materials used give me confidence and I am completely satisfied with my purchase of this Nationwide product. I now look forward to using it whenever the season and weather permit.

We sought a quote from three different companies. We were very impressed with the Nationwide brochure but really wanted to see the product before committing to it. Luckily we have some relatives who live near the showroom so we combined a visit to them with visiting the Nationwide showroom. We were very impressed with the showroom as they had both verandas we were interested in. We placed an order for the preferred one and decided to order an electronic blind. The veranda and blind were fitted in December by excellent installers who finished the job in one day. The veranda looks great and we have used it and the blind a lot during this lovely weather. It's great to be able to sit outside with a coffee even when it's raining. This is a quality product and I thoroughly recommend this company.
Nationwide have kept me well informed from initial visit to completion.the surveyor was extremely helpful even out of his hours.
In the day of instillation the weather was horrendous.the three guys arrived very early and worked right through the day in the pouring rain.they completed same day and left the site clean and tidy (dispite all the mud!). They were polite and courteous.we have been having a huge extension done to our house and I can honestly say that out of all the various trades people that have been here your three guys were the best.the veranda looks lovely.thankyou

Really good service from start to completion. The initial visit to survey was done in a very professional and courteous way. Very informative quote and a competitive price. Installation was quick and hassle free.
It was a great service from start to finish and the product is amazing - we are very happy! I agree with some reviewers that this is an expensive product and we were slightly surprised about the payment schedule but I guess as they are made bespoke its reasonable to expect money upfront. The original fitters couldn't fit and needed to reschedule but this was done within two working days and the second team were a lot more confident.

A very smooth process from initial discussions with the salesman, a visit from the surveyor to follow and then the wait for fitting - slightly longer than we hoped as Christmas and New Year intervened! The fitters were very professional speedy and tidy and we are delighted with the result. We are looking forward to warmer weather so we can sit outside under our lovely new veranda.
We are very happy with the installation of our veranda. The 3 men were very quiet, hard-working and knowledgeable. They advised us on the addition of the water butt and completed all the work and cleaned up afterwards. We are pleased we chose the professionals rather than our handyman.
All through the enquiry, selection, survey and all other contact communication has been excellent. The time between order and fitment could have been shorter, but recognise long timescales are unavoidable in the current business climate. The fiting team were polite, working efficiently to produce an excellent end product.
