I would give less than 1 star if I could. I ordered a pair of heels damn near 3 weeks ago. I was confident I'd for sure get them on time for my bday but I DIDNT. Had to buy a whole new outfit last minute somewhere else because of this unprofessional and cheap website. Never have I ever experienced such bad costumer service and shipping delays. As a matter of fact I still HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Order keeps getting delayed and the chat from costumer service is all automatic texts. They don't have a reachable phone number or real people working behind their website when it comes to help with order related info, the ROBOT will literally tell you what you already can find out on your own. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.
I ordered from NASTY GAL in November - the quality of the items was terrible. I returned with their tracking label and they claim never received. Item is not trackable. STAY AWAY! SCAM!
I read these reviews before ordering and I got a little uneasy of it. Seeing negative reviews on customer service, but I did it anyways and I'm glad I did. Ordered from their sale adding up to $90. I knew they were pricey but as I always scrolled down their website I always fell in love with their pieces! I was anxious for its arrival and always checked on the ups tracking! I love in the u. S so I figured it wouldn't take longer than a week. A week passed by and the date it should've came(Friday) didn't arrive. I freaked out and checked the tracking, it said a late arrival has changed its schedule so it would be coming the next business day(Monday). So Monday came andi thought it wouldn't come because it was about 5 already. But my mom came home and saw the package in front of the door so I guess I didn't hear it? Anyways I was really happy with my purchase and it was everything I imagined! Yes it is cheap thin quality but I'm still in love with it. Might not purchase from there again unless I feel like splurging! :)

I have tried to reach Nastygal for the past week via Twitter, Live Chat, Email, and Phone, and no one has responded to me. Referencing order #*******. I placed the order on 2/4, before the return policy change and received it quite a while later. To my surprise, it wouldn't let me print a return label because of a policy I was not aware of before or after placing my order. I need to return items and honestly this is unacceptable.
UPDATE 3/3: THEY EMAILED ME BECAUSE I POSTED ON HERE BUT DID NOT RESPOND WHEN I GAVE THEM MY ORDER NUMBER. THE NEXT STEP IS TO FILE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK. THIS IS ABSURD AND TOTALLY FRAUDULENT.
I dont know, all of you are complaining about the shipping, but Ive ordered more then 5 times, and the order gets to me so fast, MY FAVORITE SHIPPING. If the clothing seem cheap, you cant blame them, they aren''t the makers. Before I order anything I look it up and see the photos of others wearing it. I love love love love it, and if I was tiny and rich, this would be a playground.
I placed an order in March of this year. The clothing arrived in a timely fashion but the sizing was all wrong for me. The items didn't appear to be true to size and I found the quality inferior. I contacted Nasty Girl and they emailed me a UPS label which I printed out and put the items back into the box they were shipped in and took them to a UPS dropoff location. That was mid-March. I'm still waiting for my refund.
I contacted Nasty Girl via chat and it was a very frustrating conversation. The chat person didn't know anything and just kept saying give it some more time. It's been over a month already. How long does it take to process a return? I kept asking how long I should wait and all the chat person kept saying was "I apologize." Give it some more time. I don't know what recourse I have. Am I just out of $139? Will I ever see my refund?
I will never buy from them again and will be tweeting to my over 8,000 followers and posting on my Facebook page about this awful and frustrating experience.
MY ORDER took over a month and a half to come in and I needed this order for a trip. I did not receive such order until after I returned but I no longer needed the items because they were placed specifically for the trip. I tried to reach out to nasty gal because my order was significantly delayed but there is not a real person you can even speak with. Then I tried to return my items and that was even more difficult because my order number could not be found, and I could only resort to automatic messages from a computer again no real person to help. Not to mention the clothing that came in is garbage literally. I will never order from here again I spent 200 for clothes I no longer needed because they did not come in on time and then I could not even return them! DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM HERE!
If I could, I rate this site ZERO stars. I'm currently on my 5th return in a row with them... stemming all from an original order I made 3 months ago. They keep giving me store credit, and so I keep buying things that don't work out. Why don't they work out? Because there representation of their products is, as said below, MISLEADING. I'm guessing because of their background as an ebay vintage store, they use the ole ebay trick of pinning clothes to models and having the models hide design imperfections in pictures... aka, an unflattering tent dressed is pinned to look more chic and fitted... a faux pocket on a sweater is hidden by a model's hand, so one can't tell that it has an odd and bulky fit... and no where does it mention these attributes in the description. Perhaps, I'll check the user comments and reviews to see how an item fits first... OH WAIT, THEY DON'T HAVE THIS FEATURE ON THEIR SITE. They know exactly what they're doing. If you don't like the design of the products you sell, then maybe it's time to fire your buyer instead of selling $#*! that doesn't look like it does on your site.
I dont know if its because people only write reviews when they have a bad experience, but my experience with NastyGal was great. I did make my purchases during their ongoing 50% off sale, so maybe that helped me feel like the clothes were worth it. But everything I ordered fit me so perfectly. Im a pretty standard size 4 (33-26-36) so I ordered a small or size 4 in everything. I got 2 bodysuits, 2 sweaters, 2 pairs of pants, a dress, and a coat. Everything is perfect and so comfortable and stylish. I also ordered shoes, and they are such good quality that I would have still felt like it was a score paying full price for them. Sizing with shoes is probably a hit or miss because they carry various brands but Im usually a 7 and they fit just right. The shipping was FAST. It said 7-10 business days but came in 4. I live in Ontario, Canada and the package came from the UK, for reference. I had zero issues and all around am very happy with my purchases. Maybe theyre striving for better service after all the bad press? Either way, this was my first purchase from NastyGal and I will be a future customer. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. (Also, Im not being paid for this review and I dont work for them. Promise.)
I was immediately drawn to NastyGal about 2-3 years ago when I stumbled onto their site through an ad on another site I was browsing. Their clothes were so my style, I just absolutely adored all of their pieces and I slowly began purchasing. Usually, I've had no problems with them other than the fact that their merchandise is ridiculously overpriced, even their accessories are just way to expensive, but I figured "Hey, decent quality so it's worth it!" Wrong.
I purchased a pair of platform sandals and they were pretty pricey, about $60 and I had them for about a month when one of the shoes' straps completely snapped off one day when I was wearing them. When I was looking at the shoe, I was actually appalled at how cheaply they had been made, it literally looked like the straps were glued in and they were plastic feeling. It was too late to return them and I had to actually glue it back to make it stick and it just wouldn't, so I ended up having to just throw the shoes away. I haven't purchased anything from them since. Such a shame.
Ugh, Nasty Gal... I love their clothes and think they are high quality, for what you get. All the clothes I have ordered have been nicely made with sturdy material. I mostly only buy the more covering clothes, so I can't speak to the quality of their revealing club clothes.
My big problem is that they keep f**king up the shoes they send me. First, they sent me sandals they KNEW were broken. The box came with a sheet, signed by someone at the warehouse, saying the buckle on the right shoes was broken. WTF I didn't order these shoes knowing they were broken, and I sure as hell didn't get a discount for them being broken.
Second pair I ordered, they sent me the wrong size. No, it wasn't that the shoes were my right size and that the style of shoe didn't fit, they sent me half a size too small. WTF? I really liked the shoes too!
Their returns take so long, and they will only refund you store credit for shipping costs, even if you're returning the item because they f**ked up, like in both my returns situations.
After seeing so many reviews about how poor the quality of their clothing is and how horrible their return policy is I was a bit hesitant but I thought I'd give it try since they were having a 80% off sale lol. I ordered 4 things that came in a week which I was pleasantly surprised about since it is international shipping. I got the 'More or Less Layered Necklace' which I absolutely love! Such a cute necklace. The 'Why Knot Printed Bodysuit' (size 6) is really cute online but I wish it wasn't a bodysuit lol. You would need to wear super high waisted bottoms so that the black part doesn't show. It's also extremely baggy at the bottom where you clip it so if you're petite it'll be a little loose down there. Also, their a few strings that come out at the seems. The 'On the Hole Crochet Crop Top' is the only item I was so disappointed in, seeing as how that was the most expensive item I purchased. I chose the size option S/M bc the only other option was M/L. I really wish they had a XS/S option though because the top is huge! It literally looks like a XL. It's so big on that I literally had to cut the back and tie it. The last thing I purchased was the 'Button Maxi Skirt' (size 6) which has to be my favorite item, super cute, nice quality, no complaints. It's a little long so you should wear it with a hell or wedge. All in all the quality isn't that bad for what you're paying for (just get it on sale lol) They do run small so I recommend sizing up. I'm 5'4,125lbs and I'm usually a size 4. Hope this helps!
My bank dispute was denied. Sooooo now I'm going to have to dispute again. I hate everyone is going through this mess with this company. It's just unacceptable.
This site is a complete waste of time. After placing an order, I was delighted to see that processing would only take 1-2 days, and then my items would be on their way! Ah, but alas it is 7 days later and this order has yet to ship. Contacted a Nasty Gal representative and she said that my order would be shipped out later that day. To my surprise (not really), the order had not shipped out and I contacted Nasty Gal yet again. This time the rep told me that due to a switch in systems they have no contact with the warehouse and have no idea when my order will ship! The rep continued to tell me that there was a "clear notice of a delay" in the checkout. While still talking to the rep I added something to my cart and took it all the way to place my order, and there was no notice to be found. I promptly asked where I could find the notice, in which she told my, very conveniently, that it had been taken down. So now there is not foreseeable resolution to my situation, I just have to sit here and wait. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NASTY GAL!
Like so many on this thread, I too was a long time nasty gal shopper. I knew they were having economic trouble and when I saw on the website they were doing 40% off your entire order I figured it was because they were liquidating inventory to go out of business. I bought a few things- paid the extra dollar for "expedited" shipping, and then waited 2 weeks to receive my order. When I got the shipping confirmation e mail that said it was from boohoo it started to make sense. I had forgotten that boohoo had bought nastygal. I was immediately bummed bc boohoo's clothes are garbage. Sure enough once I finally received my order only one thing from the lot was worth wearing. Everything else was the most mis-sized, cheapest material I have ever felt. One of the skirts literally felt like it would light on fire if too much friction happen upon wearing it. Total trash. I had to pay around $20 to send it back which was infuriating. My tracking receipt says I sent it back on May 9th 2017 and I just got the e mail today (June 21st 2017) that they received my return and issued my refund.
I will never ever ever shop with "nastygal" ever ever again!
I wouldn't shop here for Christmas gifts as they do not have extended return times for holidays. Clothes are cheap, prices are cheap, so you get what you pay for.
This company is a literal fraud. They do not even sell their own products, but products from some aliexpress-like/ no-name-like companies. They photoshop photos of the products and say they are ''NastyGal best quality''. I have ordered black faux leather heeled boots from them. Boots have arrived quite quickly to Europe. But I have received them in a ripped and tied with a rubber band box from a brand called Krush since 1970. I tried to find any info about this brand but I found only 2 eBay Krush since 1970 auctions among the whole Internet. The shoes were supposed to be ''best quality faux leather'', but they are actually made from a stiff, matte, cardboard-like material. The heels are foamy and seem like they are about to come off the shoe. The ''leather'' has white wrinkles. I wanted to try the shoes on but my feet couldn't even go through this inflexible material! It took me hours to put them on and then to take them off! The shoes had a price of good quality shoes from a legitimate brand, but I got some semi-product from a ghost brand instead. And I have wasted my money. I heard that Nasty Gal customer service is pitiable so I decided to keep those shoes and see if they would actually work. Stupid me. The first day I went out in those shoes, the sole of one of them came off. I can say nothing but SCAM
Wow, are these owners related to Trump? I swear I get that vibe. I posted the review below of one of the 6 items of my $300 order. I posted 2 previous reviews of other items, but just 2 words...'fits okay', and 'size good'. I took my precious time to give them an honest review to help others that visit the site. This is a red flag when a company removes any and all reviews that aren't super favorable. I have owned my own company for 25yrs and have learned, when a customer spends $300 (or any amt), you don't reject their review and ask them to re-write it. You thank them for their honesty and promise to try to work on your issue they mentioned. I have never done this in my business and many have thanked me for leaving my bad reviews posted. They notice, I have responded promptly to the concerns a customer that has trusted enough to do business with me. It shows, no one is perfect, but I'm trying to do the right thing, not the Nasty thing. Nasty gal has no intention of doing a honest business, online. Not sure if they have stores.
