#Mytrip.com *******881- problem with tickets on 28.09.2018 via #Lufthansa airlines operated by #Austrian airlines, because of their non professional and non responsible work. While registration we had been informed that our tickets had problem. We lost our flight and till now any solution. They don't want to make flight change or refund monney.
#Mytrip.com sell night flights, but their call center don't work 24 hours. Very bad and not client oriented service, not supportive especially supervisor: nice liars who send emails at th end of the working days and during weekends and suggest absurd solution: refund only taxes or rebook new thickets. It's excepional case and nobody want to investigate and change our flight.

Unbelievable how bad this site is. Called 20x with the UK (+ 10 mails) for quotation to book a return flight. Each time they promised to mail or you will be put on hold, but nothing happens (and on hold the line is canceled 90% of time). You can not escalate anywhere. In the meantime, 2 months later (!) And I have booked a single flight outside of mytrip.com.

I never complain through these sites - but with mytrip books is really a bad idea. Zero customer support.

Eventually received a proposal that was more expensive than buying a separate single ticket outside of my trip. A shame of my 380 euros - completely due to bad communication to act extremely slow on their part.

Never use this service, pay few $ more somewhere else

TERRIBLE experience

TERRIBLE experience with My Trip. I booked a flexible ticket, which on the website *specifically* said that I could cancel my ticket FOR ANY REASON. I specifically booked this ticket (and paid EXTRA for it) because I was only 50% sure I would be able to make this flight. It turned out that I had to cancel, and they told me that I could not cancel but could only change the ticket date. One person told me that I could change the date for whenever I wanted. Then, later, another person told me that actually there was a time limit, and I had to purchase a ticket that would leave earlier than July. Since I cannot do this, I ended up losing THE ENTIRE TICKET PRICE of $800. I will NEVER use their service again.

Worst agency ever

Worst agency EVER...
I bought a ticket trough mytrip, from Lisbon to The Philippines next February... and after a while they sent me an email saying that my flight was cancelled...
I called them and they said if I wanted them
To solve my problem I had to pay...
So I call the airline, TAP, and they told me the flight wasn't cancelled...
Again I called mytrip saying that I called the airline, both TAP and Singapore airlines and they said the flight wasn't cancelled...
They're answer was " if you want to believe you're airline company that's you're problem"
Again I called the airline and again they said the flight isn't cancelled
And the thing is... how come my flight is cancelled and when I look online to buy the same flight is still available for anyone to buy...
So they didn't solve my problem, yet, but it's just for you to know that this company is not reliable
And the thing is... I've been calling on and off for this past few weeks and they always say the same thing... they say they are going to solve my problem, but still I'm waiting... every time I call, the call center operators read The same script and they say there's a big queue with problems to solve... well that isn't my
Problem... if they are cancelling peoples flights, flyts that airlines companies haven't cancelled, of course they have tones of work to

I booked with this company and i asked them to cancel one ticket because my mother had an injury before flight. Even when i send all documents from hospital including surgery documents i was told i will get only 5% of cost of her ticket. I have paid for extra luggage, but on the airport i had to pay again. I have no money even after 2 months. No reply on any of my email. Dont book with this company.

Inexistent customer support

Seems like this is the general consensus on both SiteJabber and TrustPilot.

Been trying to contact them for 2 months and I am still waiting for a reply.

What a joke. It would be funny if we weren't talking about around £500.

Giant Disappointment.

The worst part is deliberately being ignored.
I have sent e-mail head office and they have all details and explanation. But unfortunetly employees are highly educated how to ignore it. So far I have not received any respond or any kind of feedback. Until they git your money you are DEAR GUEST later you are just junk mail.
On refund progress if I have done mistake or if we have missed point at least we deserve to get feedback or last warning or any kind of signal that

This company is a CROOKS.

We missed our departure flight because of wrong booking.

They cancelled I and my wife's 1000 dollar ticket that would usually cost 500 dollars because we missed the departure flight. They didn't even have the consideration to let us keep our return tickets. We had to buy how new tickets and paid this time another 1500 dollars because we had no choice.

DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst Service ever

They take days to reply and they rip off money from you which wasn't used anyway. And ask more money to process your request to cancel. They only could give $7 out of $2,300+ I spent which wasn't of any use since their service is horrible. I deserve 50% refund at least.

Worst service ever

I booked the flights and paid extra for fully refundable ticket. When I cancelled the ticket, they took many expensive international calls and emails to process the cancellation and on cancellation, they deducted Eur 600 from fully refundable tickets. Now I call them on how the refund is calculated or email for the calculation and I receive no reply. They are one of the cheat companies up there in the world. Do let me know if I can get a legal recourse to this company.

We had booked two tickets for 15th August 2018 from Kuwait to Amsterdam which was cancelled couple of days prior to flying. Called them multiple times and sent them multiple emails, no response and still the refund has not been credited to my credit card.

Every time a call is made, they say we will send and email to expedite and nothing happens.

Not sure how come people are still using such sites and they are not sued for cheating people and take them to task.

Seems like it is high time now and they should be taken to task.

We had missed an outbound flight booked with Mytrip.com and immediately called them to inform them of this unfortunate event. We also informed them that we booked another flight on the same date to our destination (Jordan).

We acknowledge the mistake we made and notified the airlines and the agency of our circumstances instantly so that they could modify the tickets quickly, as advised. However, after calling the agency over 30 times for several hours we came to the following conclusion. The employees of this company purposefully delay and tell you that they will send you an E-mail which never comes.

If you have ANY issue WHATSOEVER this company will delay the solution or their responsibility until the very last moment, in fact it wasn't until 10 hours before our initial return flight that this agency told us that the tickets were not valid anymore. This despite spending half an hour a day for a week prior.

They will consistently tell you that the onus is on the airline to change our ticket status. However the agency will not send ANY information to the airline to provoke a change, we confirmed this with another agency and the airlines.

The tickets were later re-sold despite us still owning the E-tickets, a practice which is a legal grey-zone. We asked over 40 times for an E-mail to tell us about the status of our flights and how things are progressing with the airline, however we had not received any e-mails at all.

We do not advise to use this agency under any circumstances at all, if anything goes wrong, you will be stranded with phone bills, uncertainties and no definitive answers... Ever.

Do not use mytrip. They are a fraud. I booked a flight which they claimed as refundable if canceled. But when i canceled it, they gave no refund and their customer support is also nowhere. You cannot contact them by any means. So, DO NOT USE MYTRIP.COM still waiting my refund and no customer services I am going to bash you on all social media and will use you in court also my friend is a lawyer

Did not get my refund for almost a year now. Zero customer service. Canceled the tickets in 3 hours from the original order. They said they are gonna request the refund from Airlines. Not sure why airlines should issue the refund, after Mytrip policy states 24 hour cancellation full refund. At least that's what they told me on the phone.

Booked with mytrip in july for a return flight brisbane to london leaving in september. My wifes name was not spelt properly. Ive sent 7 emails called customer service 6 times. And still they have not changed the spelling. They are full of false promises, really piss poor performance, youd expect this kind of service from a company going into recievership. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND STRESS LEVELS with mytrip. Book direct with the airlines.

Booked flights from Australia to London. Noticed my name was spelt wrong on the booking. I chased every other day for three weeks to get a solution - nothing resolved, no promises kept. Left me at the airport on the other side of the world without a plan. Ended up having to buy another ticket.

I don't normally write negative reviews but the service was so poor with no guidance given.

I am sure this company is fine if you don't need to call them for help. Do not expect back up.

DO NOT BUY FROM MYTRIP! By far the worst service I ever got from a company.

For over a month I'm trying to make a simple name change to one of the passengers. Called their customer support many times and they keep saying they will do it or "escalate" it, but nothing.

They promised a manager will call me back and it didn't happen.

The airline can't change a reservation made through agents, and they said it's a very simple change that Mytrip can do even without contacting them.

The flight is in one week, we have everything else booked and payed for, and as of now WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FLY!

Shame on you Mytrip!

I booked a flight through this agent and paid additional charge for choosing the seat.(about $90)
However, when I checked in, airline said those seats are not reserved and other customers are already taken.
I was embarrassed so i called to Mytrip.com.
They said it's none of their business, they made a reservation in the right way. I required them the evidence, however they said it's not possible.
The employee even insulted me for my language skill.
How can this happen?
I want to accuse them of committing the fraud.

I usually do not want to harm anybody, but here is my experience with mytrip.com where i lost 1100$ because i booked on Friday evening, and found out a mistake in my eticket the next day that happened to be a week end.

1. I received an e-ticket with a truncated name
2. I was unable to reach anyone in customer support on saturday to fix the name as requested by turkish airlines
3. I had to buy a new ticket
4. The ticket issued by mytrip.com was not used.
5. I called many time the support to claim a refund, without success. They do not accept any refund.
I lost 1100$ dealing with this company.
I wonder how can i user can just put the 1st 2 characters of his name?
Turkish Airlines told me that they do not have a problem if Mytrip.com adjust the name, but nobody was available from their side.
