I found no difference between MyPillow and the pillows I buy at the Department stores except the Department store pillows are cheaper and some are more comfortable.
Garbage. When it needs washing, I suggest you save time and frustration by just tossing it in the garbage. Call customer service and you get a recording of Mike Lindell telling you to get ready for his "incredible customer service ". It took just over six minutes of listening to Amazing Grace to reach a human. Have asked for a year to be removed from his email spam. He won't remove you. Horrible products. Both mattress toppers and pillows fall apart when washed as directed. Overpriced garbage. Hope Mike and his employees have a blessed day.
My Pillow has just come to the UK. Cannot get hold of anyone to speak to re problem. Email address bounces back. Pillow is like a bag of crumpled foam and if you move your head it squeaks. They have a 14 day contract cancellation T&C where they refund everything no questions asked but no idea of where to send it back to. They have a 60 days Refund Return Policy but do not refund on packaging to send or return.The pillow is so uncomfortable my sleep is worse than ever. USA Customer Services no help either.

I bought this pillow for my wife. Initially it said put bgg in dryer for 15 minutes. It took 55 minutes in dryer to fluff the pillow. And then the pillow went flat the first night. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
Mike, think about adding a knee cushion to your product line, I'm currently using a my pillow, though that works well to! Standard pillows are too firm.
After hearing all the hype for this pillow and trying so many different pillows, I ordered MyPillow in firm. It was awful! Too soft and clumpy. I could not get comfortable. When I contacted MyPillow for a refund, I was told I would have to pay return shipping (its in the small print). The pillow is not cheap and I had already paid for shipping to receive the pillow in the first place. Now I have to pay to return a GUARANTEED pillow. Very dissatisfied!
I bought my 20 year old daughter the My Pillow pillow from our local Shop Rite for $29.95 about 4 months ago. She was experiencing some neck and back pain. I had seen the commercials and when I saw the cardboard cutout of Mike, the My Pillow creator, I thought it was the answer. 4 months later, my daughter's pain is worse and she said it's the worst pillow she ever slept on. She told me she felt better sleeping on a $5 pillow. The My Pillow is misshapen and would not be an issue if it made you feel better. But sadly, it has not. Save your money. I wish I did.
I ordered a queen size, firm pillow - what a joke.
The pillow case (queen size, from my pillow) is too big for their own pillow and it slides out from under my head. I wake up every morning with a sore neck and/or headache.
I have Walmart pillows that feel better at a quarter of the price.

This is an ad on to my first review. Washed and pillow shredded in washer, well I contacted them. They sent me a replacement and I had to return the damaged on back to them. The one they sent is so poorly made. Not as much stuffing as the first one. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this pillow to anyone.
I have neck issues this pillow was suggested because it was supposed to support my head well it did if you like sleeping on a brick with your head straight up and your chin in your chest. I gave it a month every day I woke up my neck pain was worse and the brick pillow never caved. I still have it but I Keep it on the side of my bed just in case I need to hit an intruder with a brick
I have had a my pillow for about 1 year now and i kept waking up with a stiff neck and a headache. When I try another pillow i wake up much better, no stiff neck and no headache. Never stays up when I adjust it.

I had been hearing a lot of advertisements about MyPillow. My wife has trouble sleeping, and I hoped this new pillow would help. So, I purchased two (different firmness levels). Neither worked very well so I returned them for two different firmness level pillows. They are just plain "weird" and my wife didn't like them. So, I returned them too. Now they are telling me a refund is not an option, nor is a credit to purchase something else from them. All they are willing to do is send me two pillows of my choosing - but we don't like them. These are not cheap pillows, but now we are out two pillows and all the money we paid for them. What a horrible experience. I would NEVER recommend the company or the product to anyone!
Worst pillow I have ever owned! Got mine as a gift. After a couple weeks, I got in contact with the company. They refuse to replace it, because it was purchased at a store and not directly from them. Since it was a gift, I did not have the receipt, and the store would not take it back. Bottom line, I am screwed. Every night I used this awful excuse for a pillow, I woke up several times during the night, because the pillow was flat, and hot, not cool as claimed in their ads. Also, I would wake up with a headache and stiff neck and shoulders every morning. I do not know how this company can keep getting away with selling this piece of junk pillow. TALK ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISING!-
You pay all this money for a pillow then when you try to use you warranty they give all these instructions to do instead of replacing the pillow
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
