My husband has a back that will go out on him a lot. We thought this topper on top of the mattress might make it more firm for him. We attempted to sleep on this topper for two weeks and after two weeks we decided it was not for us.
I called and spoke to a representative they found my info and gave me a RMA number. I am to donate this to a non profit and email them a copy. I will then be issued the refund minus the shipping I originally paid. That is fair to us along with getting to keep the two pillows they sent with the topper.
Great customer service so far so I think it's safe to say try it and see if it is right for you. My husbands back is hard to please.
I have had a total of 4 my pillows over a four year period and am very pleased. Never had any problems with them. I would both recommend them to others and buy them again.
I ordered a "Premium", Qween pillow for $36. When it arrived, it was rolled up like a sleeping bag and the package was real tiny. I thought this couldn't possibly be a pillow inside! When I opened and unrolled it, I said I've been ripped off! The pillow was smaller than a standard and had barely any filling inside. It was flatter than my old flat ones. I returned it for a refund and they kept $20. While on hold with customer service, they played Amazing Grace by Elvis, and Mike Lindell's voice came on and he said, " Hi! This is Mike Lindell's and you are about to experience the best sleep of your life." That man ripped me off and lied about the pillow being a premium-queen. Don't fall for this product!
Pillow does not respond as is stated in ad or shown on TV. Lumpy and stays that way. Return service is difficult and expensive; customer service is curt and obviously use to returns by unsatisfied customers.
Might as well fill a pillow case with packing peanuts. This thing is the worst! Chronic neck and back pain with splitting headaches. Have to start drinking earlier in the day to compensate. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!
I bought the medium because i only had 2 choices. They are over stuffed for people like me with neck problems. If it had half the stuffing may have worked. The returns are over the top. I give it 1 star because its american made and its not easy building a company but i hate MY PILLOW. Couldnt even use mine 1 full night. They need to unstuff the medium half and offer the 3rd soft. So they sit in the closet maybe one day someone can use them

Bought products through walmart but they are shipped from the my pillow wearhouse. They listed the entire order under 1 tracking # and only sent 1 small box containing 1 item. Their customer service rep wouldn't even try to help, acted as if i was annoying her. Poor customer service got no where. Checked them out on Better Business and they have multipul complaints about their poor shipping and customer service. What a shame, this is why we can't keep manufaturing in our country... poor service makes you shop else where.
I have been suffering from Fibromyalgia and many other health problems for several years. I was never comfortable and got very little sleep.
So I tried a MY PILLOW, and FINALLY, I am comfortable and able to sleep. I love the soft cover and my ability I can make the pillow comfortable for me. It has just the right amount of fill for me as well as enough loft so my back stays straight and especially my cervical spine, I wish it had been cheaper but I already spent A LOT! Of money on pillows already. I highly recommend this pillow it's a life saver.
I was given a standard mypillow as an early christmas present (around Thanksgiving 2019). This is the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever slept on. Because it was a gift there is no way to even think of returning it. I wake up 2-3 times a night to fluff it so it supports my neck but it flattens out again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It is on it's way to goodwill.
I received my Pillow for Christmas. My 17cyear old son saved up and bought it for me for $50. I have cervical stenosis of the spinal cord and he thought it would help me sleep. It did not. I tried to return it and Walmart would not return because it was over $25 and I didn't have a receipt. I was told contact the company who sells them and they would help me because the Pillow was guaranteed or money back. They basically told me to get lost and they could not help me because I did not purchase it online. Now I have a $50 Pillow in a box that I'm am sending to Goodwill brand new. I am very upset that my kid was cheated out of $50 and believed that it could be returned if not satisfied. I guess he learned about people and companies that lie to get your money
This the worst pillow I've ever used. It is lumpy & uncomfortable. It was so bad I only used it to elevate my leg. After laundering it it became even more lumpy. I took it apart to see what the hell was in it. It looks like used packing material. I definitely don't get the hype. Hard pass. So many nicer pillows out there for less money.
I placed my order for 2 sets of Ginza Sheets with additional sets of pillow cases on December 14th with the impression that I will them in time for Christmas. I called Fedex with My Pillow tracking no yesterday, Dec. 23rd. I was so disappointed to hear that they did not receive the shipment from the vendor until December 20th, and therefore, my delivery will arrive on December 28th. Now I am empty handed and have no gifts for my 2 grown children. I don't understand why they used Fedex instead of UPS who delivers more timely even on weekends fpr the holiday season. Never again will I order.
Bought two king pillows at Costco. Took them home and followed instruction for first use. These are the worst and most uncomfortable pillows I have ever owned. They don't stay fluffy and they keep going flat during the night. Thank goodness I bought them at Costco because they took them back with no hassles. Very misleading advertising that borders on illegal.

It's clumpy and not good to sleep on. You're better off with a cheap Walmart pillow. I would not recommend this pillow to anyone.
I expected to sleep better. Instead I found myself throwing it to the floor. I used the size system to pick the correct pillow. Sorry not useful. The ads are misleading and they do not want them back.
I really wanted to like this pillow but I have it for 1 month and my neck pain has actually increased. At first it seems like it will support but my head eventually sinks into it as the fill spreads to the sides and top. I have to constantly flip pillow from top to bottom to get support under my neck.
Ive had this pillow for 1 yr. At Christmas. And inthe last yr. I have definitely slept better. I believe this pillow is reason. And im getting ready to order my folks 2 for this Christmas.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
