Since I bought my pillow mattress toppers my back pain gets worse. I bought it I last week of July and after 2 months it's already lumpy in the the middle. I can't even sleep on it anymore, it's killing my back. I got payment on it and I'm still not done. I wonder if there're 10 year warranty is for real.
The "My pillow" is the worst pillow I ever had! Not even $5, polyester pillows were worse! I tried one, and I thought I just got unlucky and got a bad one, so I teied a second one. Same crap! They clam clam together, and if you wash them they become unusable! I never got my money back for neither. All my pains got worse: neck pain, back pain, hip pain all worse! And now matress topper and sheets? You should be ashame of yourselves for taking advantage of people's pain! SHAME!
Gave me such a neck issue like sleeping on small pebbles and rocks, worse concept everI have arthritis in my neck this pillow made my head stand up in bed,, brought it back immediately! Don't buy any of these products. Poor quality and hype sales,,,
What is worse than one MY PILLOW? Having two of them. They are awful. Basically small bit of foam chopped up and put in a pillow. Lumpy and icky. My dog doesn't even like them.
Lumpy, hot feel, scratchy, to thick, and my pillow came with mold on it. Never again will I order this guys pillows
Sadly there are no minus Stars available... Without any doubt... the very worst pillow I have ever "tried" to sleep on... it was like a sack of small hard potatoes... really terrible. Returned it the very next day to Bed, Bath and Beyond for a full refund...
I bought a My Pillow from the website because I have neck issues and they claim it helps to support the neck, will this was not my experience, the pillow has hard pieces in it that make my neck hurt more I called customer service and they said due to COVID-19 I couldn't return it, so I had to throw it away waste of $75. Dollars.
Bought our first My Pillows 10 years ago and loved them. I had the "regular" type and now need a "firm" pillow so ordered the same one my husband has. It is nothing like his nor the one I already have. It has much less foam and felt lumpy. I am returning it. They put bible quotes on everything. Too bad they don't walk their talk.

I saw the MyPillow on an ad and I was almost thrown with the price but I thought I'd try one. I'm a side and back sleeper and I put my head on the Pillow and it was Comfortably soft but lumpy. I didn't know if I was going to get to sleep. Next thing I knew, I woke up the next morning and boy I felt real good. I can't sleep without it. I found the lumpy soft makes it so nice. I now have 2 Premium green king now so I can have one ready when one is ready for cleaning. Cleaning is so much better in a front loader. It's the best sleep I've ever had.
After many years of listening to this ego driven commercial I bought it. Wow what a disappointment

From the ads it sounded like the pillow would be super-comfortable so I decided to order it. And of course there's that comforting '60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE'
But when it arrived it was screwed up in a plastic wrapper and despite following instructions to put it in the dryer for 15 minutes, it was still all loose and crumbly. So I decided to reject the goods and emailed MyPillow immediately on 23rd December. I heard nothing. So I called them on 5th January and was told that yes, under their 'guarantee' I can return the pillow for a full refund. HOWEVER, I would have to pack it again, label it and deliver it to a post office and at my expense, send it back by special delivery. Also they would deduct the original delivery fee!
Obviously their policy is to sell a rubbish product online with a '60 Day Money Back Guarantee' and expect the majority of dissatisfied customers not to jump through all the hoops and expenditure to actually get part of their money back! I'll bet it works too.
Customer Service Department Incompetence set a new high level.
Long list of errors, and poor responses.
So far, 6 emails / 4 calls. Responses resemble a litter box. ZERO HELP.

I am so disappointed in this product. I have not been able to use it at all - large chunks of filling make the pillow very lumpy and no amount of fluffing or trying to re-shape changes that. It reminds me of the pillows my Grandmother had in the 70's made of polyester chunks - we had to bring pillows from home! I tried using it a a backrest while reading instead of for sleeping and it is not even comfortable for that.
My order was guaranteed by Christmas with paying a rush fee. It was never delivered... still waiting. The worst part is their customer service is awful! I called, emailed, and used the live chat on their site. Every single one was rude and said they couldn't help. I will never ever use this company again
Got this for Christmas. One night with it was enough for me to throw it in the garbage. The stuffing turned flat in one the use. The pillowcase that came with it is made of a material that reminds me of canvas that's uncomfortable to sleep on. Don't waste the money. There are far better pillows for less out there.
K, so where's the deal in this math and where did Mike Lindell receive his education? The buy one, get one "promotion" asks that one purchase 2 at $69.98, PLUS PAY SHIPPING!
BUT, with another promo code, one is able to purchase THE SAME PILLOW for $29.98 and pay shipping. Anybody add this up?
No customer representative contacted me when I made my purchase at the $29.98 price and used the promo for the BOGO, to explain that this was not possible and I only received 1 pillow at the $29.98 price. When I called for customer service, the representative was uncaring and insensitive AND had the nerve to tell me how to receive the BOGO deal. When I retorted that there was NO SAVINGS and THAT deal that it was actually a rip off, she had the nerve to say it was NOT a rip off and asked did I want to order another pillow! I was so at a loss for words, I was only able to wish her a Merry Christmas and hung up.
For your own peace of mind, MY PILLOW people, find a calculator and do the math! Then, realize how you are ripping people off regularly! God bless you all for owning bad behaviors and making restitution!

Wrong merchandise sent, poorly managed customer service. I ordered a queen pillow for my husband and what I received was a travel pillow. This being around the holidays I called right away and told him what had occurred and they said that they will send me out a new one my husband asked if they come in any other sizes and the representative said yes queen king and different thicknesses, so my husband said why don't I just get him a king and a deeper thickness, the representative said not a problem she said that it would be $5.35 more, I said no problem I gave her my credit card, she said she would expedite it for me so my husband would get it at least by Christmas and that was that. I get a call over 24 hours later from a representative stating that my order was canceled. I called back and was told that they only can send me out the pillow that I originally ordered. Needless to say I'm returning the first pillow and will never do business with this company again
It's probably a good idea to avoid mixing politics and support for a certain individual in the public. I had planned on ordering lots of "my pillows" for Christmas but once i saw Mike on TV talking politics and showing one sided support, I changed my mind. He obviously doesn't need the business. While I can respect the apparent "success story" of mr my pillow, i can NOT respect his decision to take a jab at Democracy.
To describe these pillows as poor is an understatement, and their follow-up service, 'illegal'.
We ordered these items and received them promptly. However, on opening them, it was immediately apparent that they are nothing more than cloth bags filled with shredded foam, offering no realistic hope of support or stability, so they were packed up and sent back after emailing MyPillow after advising them that I was exercising my rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations (29) and cancelling my contract. I further advised them by email that I claimed a full reimbursement (regulation 34) of the purchase sum and the original cost of delivering them to me, a total of 66 pounds and 95 pence. The items were to be returned at my expense. I promptly received a reply accepting the return, apologising for the items not being to my satisfaction and confirming the 66.95 would be refunded to my account.
Some days later, I received a refund, but of only 59.95, which did not account for the original postage cost.
This was brought to the company's attention three weeks ago requesting the remainder of the refund and I have not received a reply.
My advice. Firstly, do not by this poor product and, secondly, do not expect to get all our money back, even though your rights under the law provide for it.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
