Ordered from their website over a month ago and i havent heard anything, they havent shipped anything out and i cant even get ahold of their customer service... Do not recommend.

I am not satisfied with this product it costed me 50 dollars but it feels like my 6 dollar pillow that I got from roses i honestly want my money back but I kno they are goin to give me a hard time never again and I mean it

Absolute worst pillow ever! And what a joke and a scam about 100% money back guaranteed. Maybe he needs the money to help out his dictator Trump. Too big fat liars. Do not waste your $ Better off at Marshalls with buying pillows there and they don't have greatest but way better and cheaper than these miserable things, my dog doesn't even like it!

Hi Mike, I have followed you for years and after a careful review of you and your company I have come to one conclusion: Greedy! Flat out! How can you, at this point in your life, have so much money and continue to charge people too much for what comes to you so easy. You remind me of Jack of Jacks wholesale windows. You two ought to give back because you both have made so much out of advertising to your own people and making it above being rich. The audacity! Shame on you, Shame on Jack! Give back will ya? Quit taking, quit gouging!

I made an order on 2/20 for couple of products. The order (#*******) got shipped on 3/16 (24 days later) through Fedex.
It was delivered on 3/17 to Fedex in OSSEO, MN.
For 8 days, Fedex has no new tracking update. Called them today (3/25) and they said they consider it lost.

I bought one to support an American business. But it took 5 weeks to arrive. After opening it and following the instructions to put it in the dryer for 15 minutes it looked promising at first. Through the first few nights, it needs constant adjustments and goes flat waking me up several times a night. It has lumpy filling, this is far from a good pillow.

We have a dog bed four pillows and a set of sheets. All of our sleep has improved. I have even slept on the dog bed myself. Many nights we have to race to see who gets the pillows, we will likely buy a couple more. Sheets are amazingly comfortable. The pictures tell all.

I bought two pillows for my wife and I. They just came in this morning. She has yet used her's. I'm going to bed now at 12:00am. As I used my pillow for my head, and it sucked. It not what I expected. I gave mine to my son. It was not soft as I expected. I guess I expected to much out of this pillow. I only bought it to Support Mr. Mike!
Other than that, I probably would have not spent that much money on a pillow.

Bought 2 my pillows in 2008. After washing them properly & drying them properly. They were a piece of crap! Overrated & too expensive! Not what they say they are at all! It made me pick at least 1 star, I wanted to choose no stars!

I purchased My Pillow from Bed Bath approximately 4 yrs ago. Tried to get two more for my family and they said they no longer carry this item. What business doesn't carry an item that helps people... Bad move and I told them so. They are already hurting for business. I've heard they are closing stores.

I have never had a pillow last this long.
It's still giving me a great sleep even after I've washed it so many times. Any other pillow once washed and it's a lumpy mess.
I have neck issues. If I leave home you bet I bring My Pillow. The times I have forgotten, I suffer.
I will find the store that is carrying this product and continue to give them my business.

Enishaly I like your product but you got on the wagon with Trump, who has caused alot of pain and fear to the United States, everyone is now divided, is this the world you want, if you want to prosper stay out of political thing's or keep your opinion to your self or your bottom line is going to suffer

With so many scams out there it's hard to know if you're getting your money's worth, but with the classic Mypillow, I did! I've been sleeping better than I ever have before and am grateful for it!

Bought one pillow and loved it dont have a neck ache and sholder pain. So I bought two more one for my camper and one for a back up. I like them they dont go flat. The stuff inside could be a little softer by it still does the job. I love you Mr Lindell... You do a great job. Thanks again. I got a good discount also. For mine...

I heard good things about these pillows, but I just don't like them. They give a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but you have to call for a return merchandise authorization code. I have been on hold twice for over 15 min. (I am on hold right now at 18 min and counting), and listening to Amazing grace sung poorly. I don't mind listening to Amazing grace but over and over and over again is a lot annoying. I think the pillows are good quality, but they lost everything on customer service.

-The pillows we purchased are not made for good orthopedic sleep.
-They are overfilled and lumpy -neck pain
-They do not wash well and are impossible to dry once they are washed
- For the price, they are a rip-off. One can find cheaper pillows -same design -for much less money.
(But why would you even want a pillow of this engineering?)

This company is a victim of Cancel Culture but I love ALL the products I've ordered from here. I've ordered the original mypillow, Bible story pillows for my children, goose feather down comforter, Giza sheets for everyone in the house and a body pillow. Shipping did take a while but it was worth the wait! Everything is GREAT QUALITY and comes with warranties! I will Continue to support this great Patriot!
