Great website, submitting your info they will send a flyer to vets/shelters near you for free. If that doesn't work they will mail 500-2000 flyers on your behalf, for a cost, to nearby neighbors. Very easy to use and the staff had been beyond prompt and helpful
This party informed me that the most expensive package would phone message 1000 homes with a prerecorded message homes within a five mile radius. To my horror, when I received the list of numbers and addresses I looked up 30 on mapquest that were greater than 20 miles away. When I attempted to follow up I was told I was in error. I asked if they would scrutinize the list properly and provide the missing calls and they insisted I was wrong. My card was billed nonetheless. Horrific under terrifying circumstances.
About 5:30 Friday Raven bolted out the door of car like a bullet and ran straight away. This is always bad but real bad as we just had to put her buddy to sleep about 10 days ago and she has been very sad. I chased but she was moving and I was getting to far from the car. Got the car and started looking at last place I seen. I looked till after midnight. My family was also looking and posting which I am no good at. Little did I know that you people were on the case and most of the time I was looking she had already been picked up and was safe. I have since seen all the posts and communication and was in shock at the efforts put forth by your team. This is awesome and I would like to be a part of helping others in the same situation. Thank You So Much.

This service was giving me hope. Although some basic ideas i was given I think helped her find her way home to us. This was still a good experience and happy with the support and hope it provided. We are all just glad to have our pet home safe.
My cat was lost for a week. I put an ad on Craigslist and someone recommended MyLostPetAlert. I had never heard of it, but was desperate so I tried it. Within an hour of the phone alert I was contacted by two people in the neighborhood who had been feeding her for the last few days. They caught her for me and I got her back the same day!
My cat went missing for over a month. I was heartbroken and have tried everything from posting flyers in the neighborhood, calling the vets, searching at all hours, putting out familiar toys/blankets, to posting on Craigslist, Nextdoor, Facebook and Reddit, and probably did just about everything else. Then a month later, someone told me about this website (Lost Pet Alert) and suggested me to try it. So I signed up one night and I received a call from someone the very same night claiming that they saw my cat! And he sent me photos of him and sure enough it was him! I immediately came over and there he was waiting for me to bring him home! I am so deeply grateful for this website. The effect of their actions were immediate and I was reunited with my cat within few days after searching for a month! This website really works and I couldn't recommend it enough!
This site kickstarted my journey to finding my lost bird and I am forever grateful. I was determined and with much guided help along the way, our baby is safe at home once again.
Thank you My Lost Pet Alert!
Because they were able to fax ($49.00) the flyer to all the animal hospitals and shelters any one who would call any of the facilities would be informed the is lost and contact info provided.
I thought at first this was a scam after a few days, but when my cat was finally found and taken to the closest vet, the vet had the fax sent out I was shocked. They called me by the number I sent out on the flyer.
We did many things to get him back including getting the entire neighborhood involved. Unfortunately pets get really far really fast... if it wasn't for this site, we wouldn't have him today. I paid for the woof package because I was unsure if this was a scam but i would have upgraded to reach more people if I had known it was legit. You get a dashboard of all the actions the site took. When I showed up at a vet office to report him lost, they were already posting the PDF flier this site faxed them! The next morning I was leaving a flier at a residence a mile from my home and a man was outside checking his mailbox. When I walked up to hand him the flier, he told me he got the amber alert call the night before. Seriously, I did a lot of other things not mentioned on this review but THIS SITE is what brought him back. Don't hesitate. If you have a lost pet, put an alert out right away!
Great site and easy to navigate, it helped me a lot on finding my pet, all I need was to print out the posters, it also gives you info on near by vet/pound and fax all the info to them. Extremely grateful for this site
This is a service that can assist you in sending out alerts to vets and the community while you are searching for your lost pet. They are excellent I hope you never loose a pet however if you find yourself in that situation. I would highly recommend reaching out to this group for assistance.
They had a great poster that was oversized and easy to see from far away. It allowed me to put all of the necessary information on there and it was great to use for intersections. I used a few different sites and this one was definitely one of my favorites due to ease of use and quality.
Choosing MyLostPetAlert was the best solution to help me with the hard job of finding a blind cat that was lost with 2 others, because I was exhausted and needed help fast. In only 4 hours I was alerted that my blind boy was found! What a blessing this company was for me.
Great help! Great support and service!
Helped on all angles to bring my cat home!
Everyone online was supportive and great Tips to tell us where she was seen last!
Thank You!
The site was quick and easy to use. Messages went out quickly! He was found by a neighbor shortly after posting to this site and several others. When trying to find a lost pet, it's important to get the word out to as many people as possible!
Thanks for an advice from Craigslist, Chasingtailpetpatrol and others who gave me great advice. They told me put something smell my shirt, tuna, blanket, foods and I finally put his favorite rug. It works. Today he ate some food and walk by and saw his tail so I ran to the patio door and called him. He came to me and get up. That is him. Thanks lord! Today is my late husband's birthday and believe him leading Jax back to me. Thank you again!
Even though I didn't find my cat from this, I still think this is helpful and give me more hope to find my cat. I also like that it can makes me a printable flyers so i can dropped it off my neighbors as well.
Less than 24 hours my girl LILO was returned to me by a kind family a half a mile away from her home. I asked the nice lady how she knew LILO was missing and how to find me she replied, Facebook and lost pet alert were the ways she was able to contact. I highly recommend this site and its well worth the money. Not only is my dog a member of my family but is also my best friend so sites like these are a wonderful Rescource to the community. Thank you and a very special thank you to the kind family that helped LILO come home.
After nearly a week of advertising on my own, I tried MyLostPetAlert on the recommendation of a couple who had used it to find their cat. Within four hours of signing up, my dog was found! The neighbor of a woman who had been sheltering my dog got a robo-call and alerted her neighbor, who in turn called me to let me know that she had the dog. I don't know if my experience was typical, but it was worth the money.
Answer: Time is critical, and we work fast - during normal hours, we will typically have your alert completed within 1 hour.
Answer: Toll-Free: 1-844-738-2537.
Answer: You can start an alert for your lost pet here: https://mylostpetalert.com/start-alert/
Answer: Thank you for the question Iram. We of course cannot guarantee the return of your pet, but our service gets your pets photo and information out to thousands of eyeballs and ears located in the area they went missing. It can only benefit and increase your chances of recovery - an alert done within 5 days of your pet going missing has an average 85% success rate.
Answer: Live chat does not have a defined schedule and our phone system is not intended for customer support. If you have a sales question or questions about your alert, you can always email us at support@mylostpetalert.com
Answer: Yes, 100%. I did it several days later. I should have done it the same day! Your pet can be picked up by someone who is taking care of it or at a vet office. This site 100% works. At the very least do the woof plan!
Answer: I'm sorry for the delay in my answer. I hope this message is in waste and your pet has returned. But just in case - it cost me $50 to have calls, flyers, contacts to Vets in the area all done by this site. As I said, I don't know with 100 percent certainty that my cat came home because of this site but it just seems odd to me that within hours of the calls going out (my neighbors confirmed they got a call) my cat came running home to me. I wish you all the luck in locating your pet. I don't believe it is ever too late. When I was a child, I had a purebred Irish Setter that was stolen from our yard. I thought I would never see him again and yet he came home 6 months after being taken!
Answer: I live in a city that is quite small, and I went with the rural package. It's possible for an animal to travel a long distance, but the odds for that aren't very high. A rural package should be sufficient.

Hi Deborah,
I apologize for your stressful experience as certainly this is not the time to feel like we're not notifying the right people about your missing pet. I've looked over the conversation you had with our support over Live Chat and you didn't really give us a chance to resolve your complaint or for someone else to analyze and get back to you per your request (this review was made the same day).
In any case, I have scrutinized the phone calls myself and have come to the same conclusion as the support agent you spoke with, but I may understand why you were insistent that many of the calls were outside of your area. While it is a fact that all of homes in the list are within a 5 mile RADIUS, the DRIVING distance for some of them is upwards of 20 miles simply because of the surrounding terrain - your location is at the north west tip of El Dorado (a low population area) and there is another community not far to the north separated only by sand/desert - because the two areas are reached by a connecting highway located far to the east you're seeing a driving distance that is much higher than the actual distance between two points. Considering your lost pet is a BIRD, it seems reasonable that they could travel to this area.
When we do a pet alert we start with the closest homes to where your pet went missing and then work in a radius outwards using exact GPS coordinates matched against home addresses - there is almost never a reason to do an alert based around zip code, and with the largest $219 package in a low population area that may mean it extends to another town/area. I don't see anything wrong with the alert we did for your bird "Greynee", but I will be emailing you directly to discuss this further.
