Placed an order a month ago, they don't respond to emails about status. Finally I received a shipped confirmation number but when I tracked it online it turns out it still hasn't been shipped (tracking number was created over a week ago). Scam!
Edit: I definitely thought this was a fake Instagram company, but after some time I was finally able to get someone to email me back. They were very kind and they did resolve my issue.
Hi I'm Alex I just received my masks order This afternoon, the shipping was quicker than I expected but 3 out of my 6 masks are extra small. It would fit a child, it's totally disproportional from the other ones. I'm a pharmacy technician & I was thrilled of the price but truly disappointed with the size of them. I won't recommend anyone else to buy because of the sizing it's too different.

I contacted customer service for two simple requests, 1) to exchange two products 2) to honor the original discount if unable to exchange. I received an immediate automated reply with their return policy and no reference to my questions, then a follow up email from a person saying keep the items, send pics and they are checking on the requested replacement items because one I requested was $2 more. I followed up 5 days later and received the automated return policy twice more. On email #7 I requested a human response of which I received a reply that they do not accept exchanges. I had to send email #9 to ask about a promo code also requested and ignored it two previous emails and they asked me for my original promo code! I didn't know it, they offered a generic code 7% less that didn't work. After 13 emails to get a simple reply to two questions which did not resolve my request I decided it wasn't worth the time to pursue. Clearly they don't value customer experience and haven't spent any resources in understanding what that is. They may have ok products but if you think you'll need any kind of assistance stay clear, it's very poor.

I ordered masks for the first time. It took forever to get them but COVID-19 so that wasnt even the issue. After 8 weeks I got an email "confirming my delivery" but no package. Checked with neighbors, my carrier to look in other peoples mailboxes. Nada. So I emailed them stating no I did not get my package. Their response was a standardized tracking number. 4 emails later after that, no response. I called my credit card company and stating the issue and they retracked the charge. Do we as consumers not have any solution to mail order? I never have issues with Amazon! I am only going through Amazon in the future. Forget about these small independent companies! Why should we give them a chance when they cant even provide basic customer service like... the product!

I had ordered 3 packs of the 3pc sets and one pack of the disposable masks. I ordered two separate times and they said they couldn't put them in the same package when i emailed them. They then sent it in only one and so i was then charged for two packages instead of one. They also gave me a wrong set of masks that i had not ordered and on the receipt it shows what i ordered and they had not given me one of the packs. I emailed them twice and they did not answer and it has been over 24 hours. They have horrible communication and understanding but their masks are good. They are definitely on the smaller side. Would recommend buying in person so they don't make mistakes and charge extra.
Spent $70 on masks and accessories and hadn't seen any update, not even processed or shipped out in a week. Literally just wanted to check on my order, see if I did anything wrong Or if it was just delays in general so I commented on their IG page about it. They commented back "dm sent" and when I checked my DMs they sent a FAQ link that didn't even answer my problem and when I tried to ask specifically about my order they just left me on read so thx get a better team at the least

These masks have glowing reviews, i purchased 3,3 packs. Good price.
I received them in a timely manner and was excited to try.
After washing them in w/d like all my other clothing they shrunk a bit. But still fit well.
Unfortunately my make up still rubs off on them and the ear pieces dig in as they are elastic ties.

This is an amazing company with truly great customer service. There was a bit of a glitch in timing of delivery of masks - this global pandemic has created so many problems for us all - but this small woman-run company stepped up to help me get the masks I needed 2 days before a month long trip! Lovely people with good communication and willingness to provide a very good product in a tight situation. The masks are darling, fit well and I will enjoy wearing them. I highly recommend this company.

I love these hair bands! I have long (waist length) fine, thin hair. Every hair band I've ever used leaves me with a kink in my hair I can only get out by showering. These are different! They hold all my hair easily, and my hair doesn't get stuck in them like I thought it would. Although they don't leave my hair completely kink-free, the crease is so much less severe and I can actually straighten it out. Kitsch also sent me a pack free after my first order was lost in the mail. Great customer service and great product :)

Just wanted to give a quick update. I ordered originally this mask and I was not completely satisfied with the product I received. I left a review about it. What a GREAT Customer Service this company has! They were quick to respond and to fix the problem. Great team! P.S. This mask in black color gives you double light blockage compared to blush, so if you are looking for total black out - black is way to go. The masks are super soft, have an adjustable strap and great quality.

Got no reason not to love this company's products! I totally love all their fashionable and convenient products especially they suit my needs.

I got one pack for my mom and one for myself and we both love it! The designs are really cute. They were snug but in a comfortable way. Because of what's going on right now, it is very understandable about delays in shipping. I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order just to be sure and they responded right away. I have a very sensitive skin and I always have some kind of allergic reaction with most of the fabric used in some pillowcases. Not until I found their satin pillowcases. They are so soft and helps me sleep better at night. My acne breakout has gone away too!

I was really lost in finding the perfect gift for my wife due to the ongoing pandemic.
