It was a great expreince to order gift from your site. I have order a photo frame and magic mug mug fr my wife from MyFlowerTree. It was delivered within the time and the quality of gifts wa good too. The photo printed on it was very clear. My wife like the gifts.

I ordered an eggless German Black forest cake(pic 1) worth INR 795+ INR 50 for eggless. But I have received a cheaper version - Black forest Treat from their website(pic 2) for INR 549 without knife and candles as promised and it wasn't eggless. The customer support tried to reason with me saying that it is the same cake, just the icing is a bit different. I'm not sure what I was paying the extra money for then? I do not recommend My Flower Tree even a bit. Their customer support helpline drops calls and no help is available on your social media page either - Facebook /Instagram. Their Twitter handle has been taken down.

I order a Ferrero Rocher chocolate bouquet for my gf on her birthday and it was really amazing. The bouquet is looking varing pretty and my gf really loved it. The golden roses that was on the bouquet are also looking very charming. Thanks

Ordered a 1 kg cake paid Rs 1000 on 3rd June for Kids birthday on. They did not deliver cake or returning money. They are agents not bakers. Enquire before ordering or pay on delivery to avoid emberacement.

I order a cake and flower for one of my family members birthday today. I was informed by customer representative that it will get delivered today within 9 am to 21 pm IST. I was so worried that the item wont get delivered so I simply requested call back but no call back. Eventually I chat with other representative again as the timeline was over and the item was not delivered. The agent informed that we cant do delivery today... the company and website shows same day delivery. Do ypu understand the meaning of same day delivery. It is a complete harassment. I am unable to call, even chat representative is not helping. I am not able to get my refund... Your company is a bunch of liars and fake website. You shouldnt lie to people and take away their money. People rely on ds website so that they can give special moments to their family order I'd *******

If you want to send someone gifts at midnight then sirely choose MyFlowerTree. I have sent gifts to my husband at midnight on our last anniversary and on this year's anniversary. They delivered my gifts timely at midnight.

Ordered two vases. What was supposed to be delivered on the 27th was delivered on the 3rd next month. When the products came, the vases were shattered and the plants/flowers were rotting with a disgusting smell. I wasn't able to even open the packaging without cutting my hand on the glass shards and powders.

I wrote to customer service about this, and they reply a week later. I sent them the images I had taken but they suddenly started asking for more images from other angles. After I explained multiple times that it's been over a week since I threw away the garbage, they are telling me continuously that if I can't upload a new pic, I will not be sent a new piece/refunded.

This is a scam website, please do not put yourself through the trouble of dealing with this. I cannot confirm this, but it is likely that the company writes good reviews for itself. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Actually i ordered flowers yesterday and i select the time slot between 11-2pm but around 2 they were not there. And then i called them, they said flowers will get delivered till 3:15pm which was fine for me because of lockdown issues. But the flowers were literally in bad condition. The carnations were all little bit brown and then if you check all the flowers, most of them would be in the worst state. As if they just picked the old one. And they delivered all wet flowers which is weird! If you pay the price and you get some $#*! based on the pathetic reviews on myflowertree site, this is what actual review i need to come up with!

I regret not reading the reviews before placing order. They Took my money, and didn't deliver on the given date and time inspite of the fact that I choose to pay extra for delivery on the exact time. Worse still, they never responded/refunded/or delivered in any case. That's cheating! Now I Have no product and my money too is gone.

They never bothered calling or responding after umpteen no. Of complaints I placed.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MYFLOWERTREE.
MOST inefficient, incompetent, unethical and unempathetic business.

Placed an order for 5k INR for the 27th. Got a message saying some items are unavailable. Have been chasing them for an update or refund of nearly 4K worth items and got no response. Would not recommend

They are fake people doing fruad work and they send 100rs and charge 900rs... They show some other cake on the site and when you will receive it. It will be 100 rs local shop cake. Tand no response from their end like literally... Please stop doing these things to people.

They are the group of fraud which dont deliver your product ever and always make you feel like your friend or family will get the gift... Stay alert. Dont book any thing from this site... save money

This company is purely into cheating and fraud. They take order with advance payment and outsource the same order to some nearby shop who sells cheap product. So if I'm ordering 1000rs product i will get 150rs product. You are lucky if you receive a product in most of the case you will never receive any thing nor they answer your call. There are 4 - 5 people who are cheating people for around 1000 rupees, because for this nominal amount people will never take any action. In my case i paid 1500 approx for a cake, I received a cake from nearby bakery which i can get for 300rupees maximum. Careful they are big time fraud.

This site is totally fraudulent, i was booked cakes and cards for delivered dt 2nd October of 29th September, time slot booked from 10am to 11am, but on the same day it mails me we send late from 12 to 3pm, still no one received and did not pickup my phone after this time. Totally cheated with me and also lost money. So I will not place any order on this site at all as what happened to me can happen to you too.

They taken order and not delivering material. You will not able to call them. Dont place any order to this company. Owner is Sumit Chaabra. You can not reach this guy also. They are looting money from public.
