Wow incredible

Expected on Tuesday by the tracking got it on Saturday! I ordered on Thursday basic shipping wow! The comics came perfectly they say 9.2 but if this is 9.2 I don't care about higher ratings I love comics to read and collect and for me this experience is incredible alot of people are blaming them for their own mistakes they are a big company have some empathy. Will be my place for my stuff. Also great pricing :)

Accidentally ordered the wrong book, asked if I could replace it with the one I wanted. No chance, their automated system doesn't allow it. Really? What an amazing joke. They should just eliminate their customer service department, because it is already non-existent.

I was shocked to see the ranking of My Comic Shop on this page, I placed my first order with them on January 6th 2010. I can see everything I've ever purchased from them and they keep all my future purchases saved to my account which I can move to my cart when I ready to buy. I primarily use this site to price out my comics to to sell in conjunction with eBay to see what items actually recently sold for. I've never had to contact there CS dept, I find what I want pay and they ship everything has tracking and they let you know all steps your order is in until it ships. They also ship what they say is shipping. I don't fault them for shipping delays or anything outside of there control, I see poor review based on factors that don't apply at all to the company it's self. It's a shame since most people only look at the star rating and don't actually read the reviews. I'm a fan and loyal customer since 2010, My Comic Shop is literally the only online comic shop I purchase my books from.

This is my go-to place when it comes to buying comics. They have a great variety of products to choose from and all the latest releases. Probably the best selection I've ever seen online, so I highly recommend it to everyone. The delivery is quick and the packaging is always on point. Thank you for your service, this is a great shop!

No customer service.

No customer service. Emailed 3 times to see why I wasn't able to interact with their Facebook page. Still haven't even seen an acknowledgement. After spending many thousands of dollars with them, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've used MCS for my pull list for about 5 months now. I haven't received any damaged comics. They package extremely well. Really the only complaints I have are shipping. There is little flexibility in that regard, so if you aren't careful with your orders and ordering regularly (and enough books), one day you'll get hit with shipping cost that makes the expense of books more than you wanted. If you are one of those people that orders A LOT of books though, this place is great.

I was sent about 15 comic books in the mail, but I only kept about 4 of them. The rest had dings, creases etc on them. Just garbage IMO. When I tried to return them they gave me a refund, but cancelled my account too. I can no longer buy from them, participate in the Auctions and hundreds of books that I researched and added to my Want List are now gone. Unbelievable... If you were sent a comic book in the mail that didn't meet your expectations what would you do? Just chalk it up as a loss or try to return it? If it's the latter be careful, they'll turn you into the bad guy for doing so.

This site has the LARGEST selection of comic books you will ever see, be it in a store or online. The customer service is very well handled and the prices are outrageous! This is a site that all comic book fans need to visit at some point in their lives.

Received two comic books at NM but they were terrible. Major creases that don't warrant NM at all. These were NEW comics. Reached out to customer service with no response. My only conclusion is they don't want to deal with the return and is only ignoring the issues. I even sent photos!

Ive had nothing but great service and honest graded comics advertised when i bought them. This is one of two comic book stores i trust online and my number one comic seller. I have not been let down. I only dislike the shipping prices but bundling is good. This is a great store with multitudes of comics. Ive been buying from them since 2019. I love em.

Stay away from this webpage if they sent your the wrong item they wont help you! Period!... plus Horrible costumer services... supervisor Beth unhelpful and not willing to fix my order... BE AWARE... they send you a random comic so if you want the Newsstand or Direct edition you may receive the one comic that you dont need... besides their website does not clarify any where which is which...

Just my experience.

Ive ordered about 10xs in the last year and a half. Always come in nice boxes and bagged to a carboard backing. Theyve always come in about 5 days. Only once was i sent a wrong issue. It was in an order of 4 comics. I sent an email with pics to customer service. I received an email the next day saying theyll ship the correct one free. I was really surprised they didnt make it a hassle. Decent prices but a huge selection. Great great interface.

STAY AWAY! At all cost. They are rude and dishonest. They have blocked me on Ebay.
They use the bait and switch routine. Don't know how to display correct stock photo.

Dishonest
June 21, 2019

Asked them over email to put "Do not leave outside" on the package. Beth Abbott from MyComicShop.com said over email she would. I still have this email in my Hotmail account. My local post office looks for this on any packages of mine they get and WILL hold it at the post office if they see the words on the package. The package was left outside and went missing. Obviously the words were NOT written on the package as promised by Beth. Called them on 7/20/18 for refund and they were rude and would not even refund my shipping! I called back on 7/30/18 and spoke to the owner, Buddy who accused me of being the rude party but promised me a refund. I asked for it in writing but he ignored this request and said he was hanging up. Called back and spoke to Skyler who also ignored my request and told me, "the conversation is over" I emailed them requesting an ETA of my refund that they promised and had to open up a PayPal request. When I called back Beth Abbott denied that Buddy ever said he was giving me a refund. She lied flat out as hours later the refund was granted through PayPal.

I looked on other sites for the same book I ordered and those who had it were pricing it for at least $50 less in the same condition! I should have just gone with one of their competitors in the first place! No wonder they had to close up their brick and mortar stores years ago! The negative Glassdoor reviews on being an employee there do not appear to be a positive sign either!

After I ordered from them I received an uptick in the amount of junk emails I receive. They appear to give out customer's emails without their consent as well.

To sum it up:

-They are rude.
-They do not listen to directions.
-They lie.
-Their prices are inflated compared to other online graphic novel dealers.
-They give out your information without consent.

Do not buy from!
