My Choice Software

I wanted to write this review because I was very skeptical to do business with MCS as I read the negative reviews, but decided to take a chance & called. I talk to a guy name Nik S who was extremely helpful. I made a purchase of a renewal license for the 365 office product as it was already installed on my PC. Everything went according to "Hoyle". I'll follow up this review after I get my CC statement... I don't expect any false charges. I would say these people are good to do business with. They are a Google Trusted site and Google will offer you Free 100% purchase protection. Give them a try I think you will be glad you did.

Process given to me failed several times. Prior to 1st attempt I created a restore point. Chatted with service with Carlos but he didn't seem to want to see a resolution & ended chat long before I was ready. A second chat produced nothing, I then went to calling and spoke with a tech. After the third call I was given a link to download the full software. Download took about but I could see movement and when finished I could start all apps. In the software. From start to finish I probably spent 6.5 hours. In my opinion way too long. Before I could get full access it required a lengthy conversation with Microsoft to authenticate the software.

After being unable to locate my Microsoft license, I purchased one from this company for $179.00. As I went to try and download it onto my new computer, I found my other license. I called the company immediately (with in minutes of my purchase) to try and return it. I was told no because they can't re-sell it, yet they said I could somehow resell it on Ebay, with makes no sense to me. I would not recommend this company as they are not at all straightforward about return policies and clearly do not are about their customers after they have their money! They say most products can be returned in 30 days, but make it very difficult to understand which ones. I am sure they have covered themselves legally with fine print. Just because something is legal, does not make it good business practice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I purchased a windows 10 pro license by mistake and realized my mistake within 5 mins of purchasing it. I am a senior citizen) I contacted them immediately and it still took them 7 days to return my money. On top of the wait of 7 full days, they did not refund my full amount statingbthere us a 15% restock fee. They are rip offs. Do not do business with them especially if you are on a fixed budget. They will steal your money.

I was very skeptical to purchase a version of Microsoft 2013 from this site but it worked out perfect. Was easy with an emailed product key once i purchased and downloaded i am happy i didn't buy form somewhere else!

Recently purchased Office 2016 for the Windows side of my Mac computer. Since I have such a slow download speed I opted for the USB drive as well.
When the USB arrived, it was not readily apparent how to begin the download. Within 12 hours after emailing MyChoiceSoftware, clear instructions were send back as well as a link to a website for the required zip hardware. From there everything proceeded like clockwork.

I ordered a license for Windows 10 Home. The follow-up email containing the activation code had a note saying that the company ran out of stock on the Home edition, so they were giving me an upgrade to Windows 10 Pro at no additional cost. Needless to say, this was a most pleasant turn of events. If the store were out of stock on a particular item, I would have expected them to either A) notify me of this and ask how I wanted to proceed or B) simply cancel the order outright and refund my money.

In business, it is common to hear that companies should always look for ways to surprise and delight their customers. MyChoiceSoftware certainly did that in this case, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I found exactly what I needed, Quicken Rental Property Manager, at an outstanding price. I received timely emails including my order number, details about the product ordered, amount, and links to shipping. The package arrived exactly as estimated. All items arrived in tact and complete. I would shop with mychoicesoftware again!

EDIT: I was told I'd get $5 off for a 5 star review. I'll be honest, thats why I reviewed them. Keeping that in mind, I am very glad that I bought from mychoicesoftware.com. They were out of Windows 10 Home when I bought it, so they upgraded me to Windows 10 Pro for free. Their instructions to download it were very easy to follow and the product key worked without issues. Deliver was fast and the ordering process was a breeze. So my real review is 5/5, would definitely recommend.

The specialists at "MyChoiceSoftware" were extremely helpful in answering questions prior to my purchase. I was a little concerned about how to download the office software, but I just clicked the provided email link and followed the directions that were included. Software loaded with no issue. The product key worked perfectly (and was legit... which I was not so sure when searching other cheaper software sites on the internet). I definitely made the right choice. Mike
