Evidently, the delivery system has changed since earlier in 2016. Tried to download MS Office 2010 and it failed stating insufficient memory. Called support and they confirmed to problem with downloads using IE11. There is no warning of this on their web site.
Purchased Office Pro 19. Installation is a pain because Microsoft will not accept the license number provided. It has been used before. Means you have to go through the telephone verification process. It's a real nuisance. MyChoice should alert potential customers to this glitch in their relationship with MS.

Have purchased from MyChoice many times before, will continue to do so. I see the odd complaint about bad activation codes but I've never had an issue, have purchased probably 20+ products from them over a couple years.
I was really needing Microsoft Word 2011 so I could finish my homework on time. I got an email almost immediately after purchasing and even though it was after business hours they sent me the product code. I was able to download without any problems and even two months after my purchase I still have no problems! Would recommend to family and friends.
I was hesitant to order software online from a vendor with whom I had no experience. However, after chatting about what to order, ordering, installing, having problems, and speaking with a support person, I must say WOW!. All products can come with hiccups. Good support is a necessary for me to really like a vendor. These guys do it! Excellent skills! They know the products, know the answers and are very clear in instructing the confusee (that would be me). No fooling around, no 'what have you done' - just answer the questions politely and get you up and running. Again, WOW! Oh, and the product arrived within 5 minutes. Price was great, too.
Although I ran into problems, it was due to Microsoft's handling of previously installed products. Once I figured out how to over-ride MS problem it installed and activated exactly as advertised. Perfect product for ax excellant price. Would purchase from them again.
I ordered a Windows 10 Pro license here previously without incident. Today I needed another and purchased one. Unfortunately on activation, Microsoft read the key as *Home* edition while I had ordered Pro. I contacted MyChoiceSoftware support - on a Saturday - who responded in hours with a replacement key. Would recommend to others and will personally order here again.
I researched several weeks to find affordable MS software without dealing with one of the many suspicious companies with too good to be prices. I finally settled on MyChoice, and got a great deal. I had to call twice re download and installation (partially my fault, admittedly), but the reps were tremendous and very helpful, no run around, and everything is up and running nicely.

I ordered MS Office Home/Student license at a great price. The transaction was simple to complete. I expected to be able to download the software at the point of purchase, but was unable to do so. This took place over the holidays so I figured support would be minimal. Nevertheless, I sent an email and received a response that the software was unavailable and I could receive a full refund if so desired. I wished I could have been told this when I was ordering. I decided to keep the order and was told that licenses would be available in about a week. Having not heard of MyChoiceSoftware, I was a little hesitant buying the Office pack from an unknown. Worked great. I did have a problem with the software download but that was a problem at my end. I also purchased the stick with recoverable back up which arrived on-time as promised. I would have zero problem purchasing software from MyChoice in the future and will look to their site the next time I'm looking for computer stuff.

Very tentative about downloading anything. Except for the glitch of "product code" being not on my original receipt but immediately before the download instructions (which was a 10 minute waste of time finding), once that was overcome, a no brainer.
Ever since a client referred us to you, we've enjoyed purchasing licenses from MyChoiceSoftware at very competitive prices. There has been a few instances where the Product Key wasn't immediately available after purchase, so we've had to install the product ahead of time while we waited for that information. So my advice to everyone is to be patient and plan ahead when this happens to you.
I ordered an MS Office subscription. I was delivered when promised and was very easy to install and run. There are lots of sites selling MS Office and it can be risky--not knowing who is selling a legitimate product. You can trust MyChoiceSoftware. Their customer service is excellent as well.
