I have dealt with Musicstack for almost 20 years and never had a problem. The vendors are courteous and professional and ship promptly.
I'm with Musicstack since over 15 years, and never had any issues with this site for both buying or selling. Easy way to purchase rarities and gems, recordings of any formats and periods from anywhere in the world all that from your own rockingchair
Of course, as any a marketplace, you need to take care about sellers reputations but all you need to know about them about it is clear.

A great gem of a site hidden a little back in your Google searches. When you're after that hard-to-find item this is the place you will find it. Musicstack is driven by a great community of sellers who have a great deal of knowledge and a site owner who is very attentive. A must stop in your music collection searching.

Millions of records, CDs and music related DVDs are offered here. Mostly cheaper than on Ebay or Amazon. Sellers from all over the world. Site is well structured and it is easy to find the copies, I am searching for.

Been more than 10 years I sell on Musicstack. The experience with the owner and his services is a joy. The message board with the buyer is efficient, Sale got down, but lately, I get more than I was used.

As a seller on Musicstack I have found the owner Dave Stack extremely helpful on the rare occasions that I needed advice, great selection of sellers offering a wide variety of music styles. Only problem is that many of the sellers sell on multiple sites and sometimes are slow to update Musicstack that an item has sold so as a buyer be aware it is not Dave's fault.

When you are looking for music, this is the place to be. May not be the biggest site but by far the easiest to work with. Everyone is very friendly and the owner of the site is always ready to help with your experience any way he can

Musicstack is definitely the best place to sell AND purchase records. If you have a problem that can't be worked out directly with the seller, let Dave Stack know. He's personable and very hands on. You won't be disappointed.
MusicStack is an alternate marketplace for both music collectors and sellers, if you want to deal with actual people and not some corporate algorhythm. This marketplace, just like others, links buyers to sellers but - in case of Musicstack - there is an actual guy helping to sort out issues, not an automated bot providing "customer service".
Thanks recommending MusicStack over Ebay/Amazon. That means a lot! I do pride myself on personal service and being helpful if issues arise. That is just something you don't find on the internet these days so that is one way I try to differentiate MusicStack from the competition. Thanks for the great review!
An awesome site to buy or sell music from. Any problems and the owner Dave Stack is right onto it. Very personal and professional service. When buying here I have had no issues with the sellers and the same when I have sold something here.

MusicStack is a record collector's dream. It's just like being in a massive record shop, but in the comfort of your own home. It's a little quirky in places, but I have found many rare releases that were unavailable elsewhere, so well worth a visit.

Thanks for using our platform to buy your records and CDs Don. Our feedback system rates sellers on lots of different criteria which culminates with a seller star rating. The seller's Fill Rate is a big part of the star rating since no one likes to order from a seller only to be told later that the item isn't available. So always select sellers with high fill ratings first. Luckily that isn't too hard to do since we have so many great sellers on MusicStack. Thanks for the great feedback.
Desperate to find a reliable vinyl source, I checked this place and multiple purchases have all been excellent service and items honestly represented with fast shipping. Other than Amazon for an occasional new LP, this is the ONLY site for vinyl that thus far hasn't burned me.

We never received any of your messages so we had no idea you were having problems. If we would have known we gladly would have tried to mediate the situation and find out where your order was. And if that couldn't be done that resulted in you receiving your package we would have helped you get a refund on your order. I'm sorry you had such a negative experience. This is by far not the normal experience when ordering from a seller on our platform. Without knowing the details, this sounds like it could have been a packaged lost or stolen in the mail, or held up in customs as most of the sellers on our platform are extremely honest and have been selling with us for over 10 years (and some over 15 or 20 years).
