I paid 83.99 for their service the day before yesterday. Chatted with them online yesterday because their phone number does not work ( convenient) told them I wanted a refund. They said I would get an email! I received one from Michelle Broflowski saying sorry, not our problem, NO REFUND! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY I DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE ARE TRULY LEGIT! How can a company take your money and 2 days later say NO REFUND! THIS IS TRULY A BUYER BEWARE COMPANY! IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD!

This company is the worst don't get or use them. There could not be uploaded to my kid's phone and I cancel the same day I open the account after finding out their service could not help me. They refused to send me my reimbursement back. I talk to a customer service person and they told me because it's an 8plus iPhone it can not be uploaded.

They never say that you are not able to hacks anyone's without touching it, if you are able to touch or use target mobile then what is the use of using this useless software, the money back policy is fake, as I send mail to mspy help desk but even after week I dint get any positive response, i will prefer not to use mspy for hacking better you use others software.

This service is the worst by far agents dont assist you once you connect a device is always says device cannot pick up even when all internet settings are on. You have to keep going into battery settings it does not make it discreet a refund suppose to be issued due to lack of service i am still waiting terrible software system
