Please do not use this site it's a scam! I'm not sure how they received all their reviews, but it's not simple at all. You literally need the person's phone and passcodes including their iCloud passcodes. They will not issue a refund. I reported the site to the BBB... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
