It was an easy process to book and pick up the trailer although feedback worth considering would be to allow an extra 10-15 minutes per booking so the service station staff can have the connectors and shackles ready to go.

Customers lose the 10 minutes setting the trailer up and with a 4 hour booking every minute counts

Very easy to make booking online... picking up and returning trailer was very easy at kiosk... very happy with trailer which was in good condition and clean... only negative point with trailer was the slippery ramp... was dangerous and needs to have some sort of anti slip material put on it

Hired furniture trailer. It was big and spacious and perfect for our move. Good time have minimal interaction with service reps. And there were plenty of locations to choose from (Melbourne)Would hire again.

Hiring was easy over the internet and so cheap!
Picked up trailer from petrol station with no worries and the service attendant even gave me extra bits that I needed like the d-shackle and plugs:)

Super easy to hire and use. It was affordable and there were no hassles during the hiring. We got back a little bit late and it didn't just automatically charge us for being 15 minutes late. The ramp was also very helpful for getting heavy items on and off

Fast, friendly, very helpful service by staff and the trailer bay is easy to access for hitch up or drop off. Leads and shackles are provided by staff too. All up, great success

Hi and good morning, all in all my experience with your company was a not to stressful process, however when you book online you fill out all your information then you get to the pick up site you scan your licence then you have to fill it all out again what is the scanner for just looks important but does nothing? Easy and exactly what was described. Trailer handbrake lever was missing, only thing wrong with the whole experience

Positive apart from the age of the float could do with more regular maintenance that's my opinion the side door needed to be tied shut
