I absolutely love my moissanite ring! Telling all my friends to get moissanite instead of diamonds for engagement rings and wedding bands. I also appreciate that MoissaniteCo has photos but also live videos of each of their products so you can really see what they look like in real life when choosing between products.

I received the Halo Cushion cut engagement ring several weeks ago, and all I can do is stare at it! It's fabulous, sparkly, and sophisticated. I have given out this site to more than a handful of people, raving about the quality and timeliness of the jewelry... I am a business owner, and work with people in my retail shoppe - woman can't take their eyes off my left hand! And everyone has to ask "Is THAT your engagement ring!?!?" Yes! Yes - isn't it fabulous?! And we're proud we didn't pay a fortune!

While my love for Moissanite started with my frugal nature, the beauty of my first piece truly won me over and I am now a loyal fan. I will never go back to any other stone. My engagement and wedding rings, along with a few other pieces of jewelry, are all made from Moissanite and no one, not even jewelers, can tell the difference. I love having stunning and convincing jewelry without having to empty my bank account. However, I must note that the ordering process was not without its flaws. I encountered some issues during the shipping process but overall, I am very satisfied with my Moissanite pieces.

Today the engagement ring that my boyfriend and I picked out after weeks of research finally arrived. Although my boyfriend is waiting until my birthday to give it to me, I couldn't resist sneaking a peek. It is stunning and took my breath away. I appreciate the great communication through email and chat support, and I am beyond thrilled with the final product. However, upon inspection, I am regretting not opting for platinum as the white gold seems too light for my liking. I am still excited to wear it every day but just wished the metal was heavier.

After posting my review on this website 3 weeks ago, MoissaniteCo immediately reached out to me.

They offered to redo the ring from scratch and to send the old one only once the new one was ready.

They had me look at photos and videos of the new ring for approval.

I received it 2 days ago.

I'm happy with the ring as it is what I wanted but I'm still upset with how difficult this situation has been.

Hopefully no further issues come up with the ring.

Check the packaging before giving as as gift! I ordered and received a necklace. The necklace was nice and cost over $1000. So glad I opened the package to have a look before giving it as a gift. The photo speaks for itself. Very cheap and broken gift box. Customer Service says it must have been damaged in transit. Not true. All of the outer packaging (bag, box, another bag another box) was in place and perfect.

Wanted to return an item within the 30 day window. After much back and forth they says no, item needed a security tag. No tag was on the item initially, it was on the main ring. They offered to resize, but the band didn't support the ring with a large stone. When I originally inquired to purchase an additional band, I was quoted almost $200 more than I was charged for the first band.
The engagement ring is beautiful, the band is cheap and thin. Company is not easy to work with, go to a local jeweler and save yourself the headache. There's not much difference in cost.

I recently ordered a 1/3 carat pendant just to try out moissanite. I immediately thought I was wasting my money and wanted to cancel the order. My husband talked me into keeping the order going and just see what it looked like when it came. Well, it is beautiful! I asked my husband to honestly tell me if it looked fake. His response was "it looks like a really sparkly diamond". YAY! Why spend the money on real diamonds again? I will get years of happiness from this pendant and no one will know that I didn't spend $1,000. It is our little secret!

I received my fiance's engagement ring today. All I can say is... WOW! We're truly intoxicated by its beauty and excellent craftsmanship. Thank you for making something so special, that shines like her smile and that reflects her incomparable beauty.

I ordered one of the antique style rings. Moissanite is mostly flawless and clear. I can hold a moissanite stone next to a real diamond and there is no difference. The ring came exactly as shown and advertised. The detail work was amazing, the stones were gorgeous. However it was a much wider band than what I had anticipated. I am going to exchange it for another ring through the same company I think. The customer service is a little slow and I was confused about the return policy at first. Luckily, I read the entire policy in time to change my order. Some people are upset about the restock fee, but it's right there in the policy. You just have to read it. They also will not let me drop the ring off for exchange, even though I live in Las Vegas. This is strange to me, but maybe it's just a ship facility. Overall, the ring was gorgeous, the price was right, and I hope my next ring is just as nice.

Ln march 2022 l purchased 2 stunning beautiful rings, one 31/2 carat tiffany and one band with stones all round, the quality is amazing, strangers stop me in the stores and grab my hand and gasp is that real, l honestly don't think they believe me when l tell them it's moissanite. L would also like to add that chris is wonderful, very helpful and just a great company to deal with. If anyones wondering why it took me so long to leave feed back, the law firm l work for moved me to the u.k for 3 years. P.s believe me when l say my rings look as new as the day l got them and l never take them off.

I just want to thank the folks I've dealt with on this website, I've hesitated but now am impressed for their great service. Communication thru emails were excellent and I am happy for the purchased I made. This stone has the sparkle of a diamond, even better.

After lots of deliberation and seemingly endless websites I found this one and was able to chose exactly what I wanted. A grooved cathedral platinum setting with an oval stone. It arrived to the UK very promptly and my new fiance is so very happy with it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone not intersested in spending silly money for the same effect you can get for a very reasonable price.

My ring is so brilliant, so sparkling, and my jaw drops every time I look at it. I can't understand why anyone would waste tens of thousands of dollars on a diamond when a Moissanite is every bit as beautiful. This is no CZ. We decided to get a stone that would match the upper limits of what we could afford for a real diamond so that the ring isn't questioned. And you know what? Everyone comments on what a beautiful diamond wedding ring set I have. We will keep our little secret in the vault and put the money saved into our son's college education fund.
