The ring came out really nice and she loved it. She has had dozens of compliments on it. It did take a week longer than expected, but that is ok. It came in a very nice wrapped package too. I will be shopping here again.

I bounced around on about 6 different designs and the Sales Team answered all my questions. I didn't go with what I initially inquired about but I am looking forward to seeing my sale item when it arrives.

Return customer and I would shop here again. After owning Moissanite pieces for over 20 years with no damage eternity band purchased with house brand broke a stone after less than 2 weeks. Customer service, repair and turn around time were excellent and the quality of the look of the stones are beautiful but I do question the hardness. On the repaired item, so far so good. On an unworn returned item there was a high restocking fee but it was no surprise - my fault for not inquiring about gram weight of item before I ordered. Differing opinions on what substantial weight is. In any event - good business to deal with. Fast and professional communication and I have found them to stand by their policies as stated. I will likely purchase from them again.

Was easy to customize and place order, however, having to communicate with a sales rep via email was stretched out. Even though response time was within 24hrs, having my questions answered via a phone call or online chat would have reduced my "pre-order" time from 3 days to a few minutes. From a consumer perspective, I would feel much more comfortable communicating with a sales rep in real time, especially when dealing with purchases such as engagement rings. That being said, the quality of the responses was up to par and very smooth. So far, my experience has been good. The ring is absolutely stunning in person. We are both extremely happy with the final product and will most likely be returning customers down the line.
All of my orders from Moissaniteco have surpassed my expectations. The jewelry is outstanding, workmanship unsurpassed and customer service is incredible. I have dealt mostly with Chris and he has been very patient, answering all of my questions, as well as incredibly helpful. I had done a lot of research before deciding to purchase a Moissanite wedding set to replace my diamond set I'd worn for 15 years. After some back & forth questions via email to customer service, I decided to take the plunge, despite having never seen a Moissanite in person. The whole process from placing my order to receiving my rings took about 2 weeks. When the rings came, I was blown away! I got a 1.5 ct Forever One center stone and it's stunning - perfectly clear and sparkles like nothing else! I've been wearing my set daily for four months now. I still find myself looking at it all of the time & get so many compliments on it. I'm definitely pleased with my decision to buy a Moissanite set and had a wonderful experience purchasing from Moissanite Co. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
