Moissanite Co

Great selection, great options, nothing I didn't like. If anything, too MANY rings (but in a good way). Would be nice if there was a way, other than via the Search Bar, to narrow down the types of rings you were looking for. But that works, so it's not a big deal at all, just some people might not have the intuition to do it like that.

After looking on several Moissanite sites, this one had many more options for designing what I wanted and so many designs to choose from.

Update: Received my and it's gorgeous. Had a problem in the beginning about it looking cloudy. I wrote and email, and they advised me it must be dirty. After a little soaking, it sparkles like it did when it first arrived. Thanks for creating such a beautiful ring.

Love your Instagram page; the videos are helpful and beautiful! I had a question about ring options and Elizabeth emailed a response very quickly. Once I decided on the design, Craig helped me with customization via email and kept me updated every step of the way. After a couple of weeks I received my ring and am completely obsessed with how gorgeous it is! Thanks so much!

Experience online has been consistently good. I've contacted customer support for questions on multiple occasions and they've been consistently prompt and helpful. Quality of my engagement ring was stellar and we get compliments on it all the time. Will likely be shopping here again for all basic jewelry needs.

I absolutely love the ring I got for my wife. I think it is such a great competitor to diamonds. Although unfair as moissanite absolutely dominates diamonds physically, and socially. I cannot see why anyone would get a diamond knowing these are available. Great experience buying through you guys!

Thus far my shopping experience has been very positive. I have found Chris to be most helpful and well informed! His input has provided me with a variety of options within my price point as well as creative design ideas. I am looking forward to receiving my new ring.

Overall I have had a positive experience shopping on Moissanite Co. My only complaint would be that not all of the rings are filtered out in the 'Advanced Search' section of the site. For example, I was looking for an oval stoned ring, but many other stone shapes appeared in the search.

Absolutely awesome! The nicest product, it got all the ladies wowing! Reading stuff from the internet I was a little hesitant, but most of negative experiences were from years ago. They are great to deal with and no problems with the product 6 mth on.

I love the customer service and quality. It's a pleasure working with Chris. Wish the gold beads placed to keep the band from rolling around had been larger. They are tiny and really don't grip enough to keep it in place.

5 star rating...The stone looked even better in person. It looked better than any diamond I had seen while shopping around. My wife was beyond impressed with its fire and beauty. My only issue was with the lay way system. It was a little difficult to make payments using their website, but the look on my wife's face after I had it set in her ring was worth the minor hassle.

I purchased my engagement ring from moissanite, and was so pleased with the quality and the value that we also purchased our wedding bands here too. We have both been pleased with the customer service received during our transaction they were quick to answer any and all questions for us. Will definitely be making more purchases from moissanite (earrings next?!) hopefully for Christmas.

The customer service was fantastic, the ring was great but unfortunately one month after ive been using my ring (not everyday) only when go out. I also takes them on and off for house chores, the middle stone of my ring fell off (i dont know where and how) just realised it was missing a stone one day. I haven't talk to u about it because ive been busy with xmas stuff and work too.

Every question I had was answered quickly and so far it has been a good experience now just waiting to receive the ring. The ring was great. We went shopping for wedding rings and the people working at the jewelry store could not tell it was moissanite. They were under the impression that moissanite is always colored. We did get the forever one.
