Square brilliant Forever One solitaire was ordered by my spouse. Shipping was exceptionally fast; about two weeks faster than predicted! The setting is perfect and the stone is simply gorgeous. It's been about 3 months of constant wear and although gold does accumulate scratches (I'm rough on my hands), the moissanite stone is perfect and gleaming! The cut isn't identical to a princess cut, but it's really interesting and very sparkly. The mounting is very strong and the corner prongs make me feel that my stone is secure and protective. The corners are a little sharp, but one gets used to it. In some direct lighting, the stone tends to show a very dark center, but it still sparkles. All things considered, I'm ecstatic with my ring. For the ecologically and humanitarian- conscious buyer, one cannot ask any more. Now I'm looking forward to finding a lovely matching band!

Quality of the merchandise, speed of delivery, price, beauty, investment, expertise and courtesy of customer service, ease of doing business, and the joyous response from the loved one to whom I gave this gift -- all of these make this experience stand out positively in my mind. This is my fourth purchase, (sapphire ring Princess Diane style) in white gold. I have it in yellow gold as well which should be a testimonial of quality and price. I love it, it is very beautiful, I had gone to purchase this same ring in the brick and mortar stores and the price was outrageous. Actually mine rings look better and I paid a fraction of the cost. Don't get me wrong I have some exceptional diamonds, but I also like diversity and simply can't afford much more of the real thing, so this is my best kept secret. Who would know unless you tell them?

Wonderful experience buying a wedding set! I was a little apprehensive at first as it was a large overseas online purchase, but the team were amazing despite my many questions! The rings are beautiful (photos do not do it justice) and they even custom made them in platinum. Delivery was speedy and they kept in contact throughout the process. I ordered Moissanite earrings for my girlfriend's birthday. I paid for two-day shipping, not knowing that the jewelry took a few days to be shipped. I spoke to a customer service representative and said, "I really need these by a certain date (4 days from then)." She told me that she could guarantee that they would be here but I'd have to upgrade to overnight shipping, which was $15. I did upgrade, and got the earrings the next day. My girlfriend loved them and they look great but I'm still just a little confused on why I had to upgrade shipping.

I could write wonderful reviews daily for this company! The ring is MORE beautiful than in the pictures, and the delicate attention to detail makes it so fantastic (I got a 3 carat round halo ring split shank). I can not function without this ring on my finger. Quick delivery and great at responding to emails... I could not be happier. Also, your sale section is amazing too! My fiancee was BLOWN AWAY with how beautiful this ring was. It was exactly what she wanted and is virtually indistinguishable from diamond. If anything it has more fire and sparkle than anything but the highest quality diamond ring. Anyone who is on the fence please take the jump. These stones are incredible.

Wading through all of the rings, comparing them to real photos online, and then deciding which one I wanted to wear forever has been a lot of fun and every time consuming, lol. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. I expected it to be breathtaking, and it exceeds my expectations. The rose gold is a gorgeous blend of gold and copper, and the Forever One moissanite is super brilliant. The craftsmanship is spot on. My only blip is it's about a half size too big, but that's due to my error in measuring my finger. I had spoken with two different customer reps during the creation of my ring, and both had not only helped me but did so in a very professional yet warm and caring way. I greatly appreciate that. This has been a great experience and one for the memory books. :)

The ring is absolutely stunning in person. Not only great product but I received great customer service as well. The estimated delivery date ended up being during a week I was going to be out of town. I emailed and asked if they could hold onto the ring for an extra few days and ship it on a specific day. The response was prompt and friendly and it shipped on the date requested, without me even having to remind them! It was great!
