I was so looking forward to using this shampoo and other products as my hair has been falling out for the last few years. First time use was not a very good result after blow dry, my hair laid in all these weird and unattractive ways. I thought well, give it time. I kept using the supplement and product. Finally I decided it isn't worth it because my hair was actually getting dried out and the blow outs were not improving the finished look. I called to speak with them, no answer. I wrote to them no answer. Third time, they said I could not return it until I used it for 60 days. I think I could make one bottle last for 60 days, but the kicker here is, people can lie and say they tried using it for 60 days because they do not have to return the unused product. However, you MUST use all parts of their system, so you will be purchasing at least another bottle of the supplement. On top of that, jst calling or writing for this information does not prompt them to take you off of their list if you signed up for the auto ship. I received ANOTHER shipment and do not want to continue with this product because it dries out my hair. No comments from the rep as to why that is happening! I have returned the shipment and writing to let everyone know how stupid the "guarantee" is and they refuse to refund you any money even though it dries out some people's hair and they do not require returned product for the guarantee!
I use the mask after my conditioner, after every wash, so more than they recommend. And I'm loving it! The products smells amazing, I am very impressed, try it!
My mother was so happy when I purchased this set for her! She said her hair became so much softer and smooth after even the first use. And I really enjoyed the smell of this hair product! ;)
My hair seems thicker, it is brighter, more bounce. Love the scent. Packaged well, the box design is beautiful too.

Loved what the product did to my hair. The mineral hair mask is probably the best mask I have ever tried. I also love the bottle design, looks great in my bath so that's a strong bonus.
So far the product leaves my hair feeling soft, and the conditioner has a nice scent to it. Will continue using to see if it helps regrow/thicken my hair or not.
Works great! My hair is so soft! Only thing is that I have to use a lot of conditioner or mask to make my hair soft. But definitely recommend. Also, smells great!
I love these products because it doesn't weigh down hair. Only minor critique is that it doesn't have that great of a smell, but it's not bad. Maybe it is my sensitive nostrals lol :D

I am so amazed at how much thicker and healthier my hair feels. It hasn't been long enough to see growth yet but I am truly so amazed at my progress so far.
I've bee using this for a couple of months now to try and slow the thinning of my hair and precent further hair loss. I will definitely keep using this product because I do believe it is working.
The smell was very nice and fruity and I did notice that my hair felt lighter and it was easier to comb. Thank you very much for these amazing products Moerie!
I hate the smell! It is so strong and I find it difficult to use the products in the shower. It is a shame because the products do really work. Well, I guess I will have to deal with the smell :)
My hair has become fuller and healthier looking, my hair stylist noticed it! I have been using this product for over a year and my hair has stopped losing hair.
I've been using the products for about a month now, and while I initially disliked the smell, I was desperate to see results. The results are fantastic and I got used to the smell.

I bought and I love it! I took a chance and I have to say that I am very impressed. Was very sceptical before purchasing but now I don't want to use anything else.
My hair is long anyways, but I think it has definitely grown out a bit more since I've been using Moerie. I highly recommend it and honestly I've never been happier with the condition of my hair!
I love the mask. It makes my hair smooth and I seem to have less brittle hair. So far nothing negative to say about Moerie products, keep up the quality!
