Mobile Unlocked

Thought it was going to be good once id unlocked my phone I originally paid the $28 Australian to what I thought was to unlock it then get another message for 78 USD to continue to unlock it. No thanks

After paying $26.00 fee to "unlock" my 'phone within a few minutes, I was emailed 18hrs later and told that the original fee was only a charge to check for eligibility and the actual unlock fee would be an additional $46.00 USD. I declined and now my phone is l locked and basically unusable

Found an unlocked Iphone in my van, asked all my peeps. No one claimed it, unlocked no sim, and no Icloud lock. I checked if lost or stolen, it was clean. Originally thought it was a T-Mobil but they said it was a Verizon phone and wanted more money. I paid it, and it's been tracked a 95 % for about two months. I've sent them three messages and have not gotten one reply, I did a little research and turns out that after 60 day Verizon unlocks there phones. If they are reported lost, stolen, or under contract they are locked. I'm sure they knew that before they asked for more money and no intention to unlock

Got a phone given to me from my stepdad so I could put a sim in it to use while on holiday as a Wi-Fi hotspot.

Initially paid £9.59 to unlock the phone which I thought was a reasonable price. There is NO mention anywhere of further charges.

Got an email to say the checks had been done and they wanted an extra £34.80 to "release the unlock". Their support agent is useless and more than likely a bot.

Won't be paying them anything else. After reading the reviews, the "responses" seem to indicate that most people owe the phone provider money, hence why they charge another amount, which I think is highly unlikely.

THESE GUYS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

I assumed the payment I did pay was to have the phone unlocked, to find later that I had to pay a whole lot more. By this time I felt that I had been conned and felt that by paying the extra I probably would still
Be left with a phone that is still locked and £40 + out of pocket.

They ask for a small fee first. A mere $29. Then they send an email stating that the carrier is asking for a fee to unlock the phone which is $80. After three weeks they just say the carrier didn't unlock the phone and that you have agreed to their terms regarding refund policy.

Wish it had not cost anything we already paid for the phone
I was ripped out of money because i never got the code. I never would have spent the money for no business. They took me for money i could not even afford we are an elderly retired couple. Just trying to get by. We needed that cell phone because we could not afford one. They got money from us but we got nothing. If they would have been up front with me in the first place i would have save us money from a credit card expense. You are such a dishonest company.

I don't like the way they deal with me first they ask for $6 second time $26 and later they $56 to unlock my phone should I know the cost before I start pay 6 and 26 and $56

They're advertisement would lead you to believe that if you pay their $24 fee you'll have your phone unlocked in a reasonable amount of time. That's not true. A couple days later they want me to pay again it's 46% complete. They want another payment. Nowhere did I see anything saying this was a multi-payment situation. If they have it it's in fine print it's very deceptive how they do it. Some people said they got theirs within 15 minutes or something to that degree on some comments. My experience it's sad at 20% for a long time then it was 46% complete and they wanted another $24 hell no. That's not right they should be up front about it so they're excuse me in the beginning. Your phone serial number so to speak the ime number comes back it says it's valid so it's not like they don't know that it's a real phone and it's unlockable. My friend bought this phone and paid cash but she used cricket she can't get it to work for another company. The SIM card won't work until she gets it unlocked. Cricket's giving her a hard time and she doesn't have a contract with them it was month to month for many years. Anyway that's business doesn't tell you the truth up front at least not in a place you can actually see it I don't recommend using them at all and I'm going to dispute their charge it's deceptive and it's just bad business

Still waiting for phone to be unlocked, going on Day30 with no phone unlocked but have payed $28 plus $79 on top of that
Very unhappy and would like a $#*!ing refund please
