I shouldnt have had to pay anything. No contract with att and plus i didnt even purchase this phone through att. Nothing but a money grab...24 dollars then 86 dollars...scam when att will unlock it for free
It's been well over 72 hours and have not got the code to unlock my phone. Paid 29.00 for the first payment and had to pay 59.00 and still nothing, it is stuck at 95%. I have to buy a new phone now, this has been a waste of time.
Excellent communications but estimated time to complete the unlocking was completely wrong - in the final stage (after paying an additional fee!), they estimated 24-72 hours (1-3 working days) but it actually took 6 working days
When you go on the site it tells you $26 to carrier unlock any phone! Not true the $26 is only to check if your phone can be unlocked then you have to pay another $60 to have them unlock it and hopefully it really gets unlocked because 72 hours anything can change!

When it says your unlock is ready to be released and they hit you up for more money, you expect it to happen fairly quickly after that. Where I am from when people say ready that means available and now. Still waiting days longer than the time frame quoted after paying an additional 50. They suck

I don't like giving out my credit card number to an unknown entity. You pay once just to find out if your phone is "unlock able". Then they ask you to pay again to actually unlock the phone. It takes several days. I didn't bother with the second payment. I don't know if it would have eventually worked. I needed a phone sooner rather then hopefully sometime in the future.

The service was worth every penny. I was skeptical at first because of the low price, but the results were outstanding. My phone was unlocked without any hassle, and I'm now enjoying a cheaper plan with a new carrier.
95% of completion for a month, another month for reimbursement... they never return the full payment arguing several issues and related costs, only returns "as a favor" the 50% of the second payment. It's a total scam!
Mentira que su efectividad es del 100% y no hacen devoluciones del 100% no regalen su dinero. Pide un primer pago y en su pagina aparece un avance del 50% despues piden un segundo pago y despues del pago aparece al 95% de avance y asi se queda eternamente. Estafa.
Firstly, I was told to pay, $26, then another payment of $79. It' was 95% completed for over 4 weeks, before they gave me the activation code.
But the code isn't working. It's showing incorrect activation/unlocking code. Please rectify and fix it.
You mentioned that it was easy and it could get done but it never happened even though you charged me extra $84 dollars. I will do another review when I see the refund since I traded in the phone and I don't have it anymore.
Just wanted to give a quick review of customer support. It's taking much longer than projected to deliver my unlocks. On a positive note tho. I emailed customer support and they responded immediately. So I'm feeling positive that my orders will be delivered based solely on the quick response time from customer service.
Easy to do and so far a great service. The service is split into 3 phases. Each phase is reasonably priced but if they dont successfully unlock my phone then I would have to rate the experience negatively for delivering an overpriced product that grossly underperformed when it counts. At the clinch
My former mobile service unlocked my phone before I could use Mobile Unlock. I canceled my order. I am not entitled to a refund of the $26, since that if what it states in the terms and conditions. The reply from Emma was a mixed signal of I still need to pay plus my cancellation will be recorded. I am not demanding my money back but am unable to continue the contract since my phone was unlocked

Once I made the payment and passed the process filters, they asked me for a second payment. After a month, I received an incorrect code and they have not given me anything in refund. My order is MU*******.
Code worked but when they send you email it's a 16 digit code which is as follows the first 8 numbers will be the network code and the last 8 is the MCK code if you entered it wrong 3 times. If they could define that would make it much more simple and effective for customers to use.
First off they lead me in saying it was $7.00 then after some "tests" it says $85 to finish unlocking. 4 weeks later my order is stuck at "95% complete" and my phone is still locked. Customer service is giving me all kinds of excuses. Several of which the respondent says "i have expedited your unlock" and "I have personally activated your unlock"
I am certain this is a total scam.

Answer: No it's a scam 29.00 to tell you if they can unlock it to for the code that's useless unless by chance your phone asked you to unlock it. Save your money and buy an unlocked phone.
Answer: Longer than 24hrs if you pay afterwoods. $28 for checking then come back a day later asking for more ($71) to complete. I should have read the terms and conditions
