So despite the negative reviews here I decided to use this site because it was the only one offering currency for the game I was after. Kept being told to come back in 1 hour, or 3 hours, but each time I would come back they would tell me that the supplier was offline, or not at home. 30 hours after I placed my order I came back and finally supplier was available and I got my gold. I would make sure you pay using Paypal so that if you don't receive your order you can refund.

Worst company I have had to deal with.

The server is full of deception, they say the supplier is ready and their stock is available. When you actually purchase it they say the supplier is offline and all they say is they will be sending you email ASAP and do not worry.

They do this for over a week and they are full of lies

Thank God For Using Paypal so you can make a dispute claim. Also they claim that they don't use paypal anymore. God these guys needs a life and also needs to close down their website

Man because this system is not letting my type inappropriate language I am going easy here but if I could I would be writing way more than this.

For saming me out of my money. I bought stuff and they didnt deliver! Five stars on the scam! This review system is just as much $#*! as these $#*!ing useless $#*!s

This is a scam website, thank you everyone for your comments on how to get your money back. If the supplier is offline that means they dont have one. If the manager is offline they are lying.
1.) Open a dispute for paypal saying you never got your virtual product
2.) Open a chat and paste the dispute ID that you get under the resolution center and tell them you want a refund now.
3.) Your done wait ten minutes you will have your money back, they literally refunded me in 5 mins. (I give them 5 stars on their refund speed :P)

I did mention the FBI and BBB to them but didn't seem to work just open a dispute for paypal! Again thanks for all the help people.

Bought stuff and supplier offline so unable to deliver goods. After 48 hours of supplier offline. I raised a dispute via paypal and they say they will refund. I think this site just hopes to sell cheap in game currency to innocent gamers and get their their measely dollar. THOUGH most ppl would not raise a claim against such insignificant amount, that is what they hope for. I did the disputes and messages forcing them to refund. It not the money but the principle for that matter. 7 billion ppl in this world and they only need a few thousands of these apathetic shoppers to make them rich. I might start up a business like that too but I cannot live to earn money from peoples demises. But they can...

Claimed they had stock and they would deliver immediately, I made my order and purchased through paypal. Not even seconds after I verified that I had made the purchase they claimed they ran out of stock and nobody was online to make more stock or send me any. They told me it will take over 24 hours. I immediately disputed the purchase through paypal and my bank. I will not hand my money to a company that lies to trick people into doing business with them.

The new excuse is that their paypal is down and to use western union instead. Then they say when you do that they will refund the paypal purchase but if they can't use paypal to check if the purchase went through how would they refund it? It seems they want to get as much money as they can and give you nothing.Chat log from live support below.

I can see claiming people in the hospital or not online but paypal is working so you should have picked a better excuse to steal money from people.

This is a scam you pay then they will not give you the right gold you want and they will keep saying the supplier is offline we will contact you as soon the supplier is online. Then they will request you to cancel the complaints first then they will give the gold, if you complain using paypal, but actually they will repeat what they said after doing it. I think they are scammers truly.
